Did you know in the Seattle attack the jury hung in the first trial, he would have walked. While waiting for his second trial moron not only confessed but justified it to his mom and implied he’d do it again. Dummy didn’t realize jail visitor conversations could be recorded. As to the first jury, in the face of overwhelming evidence of premeditation, I just don’t know.
