The undocumented pizza delivery man who was infamously detained by ICE while dropping off food at a Brooklyn army base has been arrested again and is accused of domestic violence.
Pablo Villavicencio allegedly got into a fight with his wife in their home Hempstead Thursday, pushing her against a wall, slapping her body then taking her phone away so she couldnt call the cops, according to a criminal complaint.

Should have been deported the first time. Ah, but he’s here for his family, making a better life here. Yeah, sure. Send him and his family home. Deport them all. Now. End of day, illegal is illegal and doesn’t matter where they come from or why.
Why is he still here.
I BELIEVE HER.
It’s okay as long as he’s a Democrat...............Keith Ellison....
From the time of his prior arrest:
****The judge also ordered that he be released from detention.
Although he stayed in the United States unlawfully and is currently subject to a final order or removal, he has otherwise been a model citizen, the judge said.
He has no criminal history. He has paid his taxes. And he has worked diligently to provide for his family, including his US citizen wife and two daughters, the judge said.****
Model citizen? So assaulting a woman makes you a model citizen? I guess only if you’re an illegal immigrant.
I BELIEVE HER.

Bravo
You can’t get Americans to slap his wife around these days.
Ahhh, that's better.
Hopefully you don’t get TB from your pizza.

Villavicencio, a ten-year resident of the United States with no previous criminal record, became a cause célèbre for immigration advocates following his arrest by immigration authorities in June. After two months in detention, he was freed by U.S. District Judge Paul Crotty, who called the attempted deportation “thoughtless and cruel.”
Earlier this month, the Department of Justice moved to appeal a court ruling that permitted Villavicencio to remain with his wife and two daughters as he worked to secure his status. But federal prosecutors abruptly dropped that effort just three days later. It’s unclear whether this latest arrest will impact Villavicencio’s ability to remain in the country as he pursues his case. ICE has not yet returned our request for comment. Villavicencio continues to be represented by the Legal Aid Society.
The past several months, including Pablos detention and threats of imminent deportation, have been traumatic for the Villavicencio family,” the group said in a statement. “We are hopeful that this matter will be resolved and that Pablo will secure valid status with the continued assistance of our counsel.”
Villavicencio is due back in court on Tuesday. We’ll update as more information becomes available.

Any bets as to whether his lawyer blames the federal government, Trump and Americans for putting this invader under so much stress that beating his wife is not really his fault?
“The undocumented pizza delivery man”
Say what??
We really should not have to wait for illegal aliens to harm or kill someone before they are removed.
Being an illegal alien is reason enough.
Or a name for a porn flick.
Most importantly, the events took place in New York
Those finding sanctuary do no wrong
It’s not America, it’s New York
I know.
