Despite Mexican efforts to stop them at the border, about 2,000 Central American migrants swam or rafted across a river separating that country from Guatemala, re-formed their mass caravan in Mexico and vowed to resume their journey toward the United States.
Their numbers swelled to about 5,000 overnight and at first light they set out walking toward the Mexican town of Tapachula, 10 abreast in a line stretching approximately a mile.
It was not immediately clear where the additional travelers had materialized from since about 2,000 gathered on the Mexican side Saturday night. They seemed likely to be people who had been waiting on the bridge over the Suchiate River or in the Guatemalan town of Tecun Uman and who decided to cross during the night.

Do Mexicans like Guatemalans and Hondurans? Or is there some national/ethnic hostility between them?
Everybody hates Mexico. LOL.
We have to pay for them there in the form of foreign aid and then we have to accept their criminals and poor too?

This makes me so sick. These invader “caravans” must be dealt with decisively or they will continue to pull this. They are never going to stop and Mexico isn’t going to help us.
Mexico has no intention of stopping the caravan within their borders. They’re scared spitless they will want to stop in Mexico and will move mountains to get them to the US border and out of their hair. Ask any Mexican what they think of their darker Aztec blooded brothers of the south of them. You’ll believe a whole new theory about racism/classism. They are just steps away from an India type caste system to our south.
Look at how those people are dressed! And backpacks. Colorful clothes. All styles. Do they look like they could be a crowd of concert goers? Unbelievable! Rush said it will come out who’s behind this.
So much for the Mexican military...
It is backfiring on them as much as they gain, if not more.
Most legal immigrants are against this. Most native-born citizens are also.
As first Clint Eastwood said, then Ronald Reagan repeated, “Go ahead. Make my day.”

It’s like a small village just moved across the border and is claiming to be American.
The Dems will meet them with lawyers, welfare applications, and voter registration forms.
Mexicans will join them.
Secure the border with the US Army.
Hey Sessions why not go after Soros , obama, and all the other anti American traitors who are funding this?
This is bordering on treason, and is looking to get rid of the USA.
Trump needs to make a televised addressed about this, and tell the voters who is funding this, and why they are doing it
Or an earthquake, volcanic eruption or hurricane/landslides?
They need to just go ahead a wet job the entire Soros family tree.
How exactly will the army or our military stop them anyway?
They will not be given orders to shoot, so what do we do? Catch them and what? Send them back, but we all know the lawyers will go judge shopping and the judges will halt them going back.
Mexico needs to step in with handcuffs and buses - send them home. Load 10 buses a day and send them south, well beyond the border, in coordination with Central American governments. See how hard they work to go north, when that just means a longer bus ride back home.
I don’t generally approve of foreign aid, but I’d be happy to see President Trump give the Mexican President a large bonus in this year’s Christmas stocking if this caravan is obliterated.
This whole thing looks a lot like a foreign entity colluding to effect the outcome of a national election.
Shouldn’t Rosenstein appoint a special counsel, or something?
These are invaders. They wave their country’s flag while invading our country. Machine guns are called for. Kill them all.
