Robert E Lee was arguably a far superior General compared to anyone the North could field.
He was amazingly successful until the vey end with significantly less men, supplies, money and armaments than his northern counterparts.
Time was on the North’s side and they simply wore him down. Had the war ended in two years rather than four he would have won.

I’m a fan of Grant. He’s one of those people who led a miraculous life. He had very little ambition, and was a clerk in his father’s store when the war started.

I keep explaining that Trump gets out the media lies and he tells the truth of his news. Before twitter and the online media, the previous Republicans could never get out all the lies because the 'news' would often ignore it. Trump with twitter and youtube is his own news network.
