Some time ago, Kyle S. Reyes, CEO of a company called the Silent Partner Marketing, got sick and tired of dealing with prospective employees who were a poor match with his business philosophy. We get hundreds and hundreds of people reaching out to work for us, he said. I realized it was a time suck on my staff and me to be weeding through endless piles of paper trying to find the handful of people who actually want to hustle for a living and would be a great fit for our company. So Ive implemented something that is going to give HR managers and the PC Police night sweats. I lovingly refer to it as the Snowflake Test.
The Snowflake Test, as it turns out, was a series of 30 questions designed to gauge an applicants views on such things as guns, faith, work ethic, morality, patriotism, company benefits, salaries, and similar tangible and intangible subjects.
The test was stunningly effective, even with people who never took it. A blizzard of snowflakes blasted Reyes for his insensitivity and demanded safe spaces from his triggering questions. I was scolded by a woman on the phone yesterday who told me she wouldnt take the test and shame on me for making people take a test to come work for us, he recalled. She demanded I remove the test or risk losing out on perfect employees like herself.
Meanwhile, Reyes was besieged by businesses requesting his list of questions so they, too, could implement their own Snowflake Tests.

The day Challenger exploded, a black racist at my then employer walked in the office and said 7 more white people dead
Scum
I'll let you know if I ever go to a coffeehouse.
26. "You're in Starbucks with two friends. Someone runs in and says someone is coming in with a gun in 15 seconds to shoot patrons. They offer you a gun. Do you take it? What do you do next?"
This test must be for someone else. I've never been in a Starbucks and don't plan on ever doing so.
But I think I understand why someone might want to shoot one up.
When do I start my new job?
Feminism was created to force women into the work force, to pay the taxes to support the endlessly expanding government. And now the “open borders” movement tries again to expand the tax base.
Women work because taxes were raised so high it takes two incomes to support a family, and to support all the unmarried welfare queens on the dole.
Agreed. While I love the list and most of the answers here I’d be leery of an employer who asked such questions. They are fine first date questions but I’d suspect an employer of really running a marketing campaign rather than an employment campaign.
Also, in spite of the few sensational news stories millenials are not as screwed up as one might believe reading stuff here, nor are most university students overrun with PC nonsense. (disclaimer - I live in a part of America where Americans are doing the jobs Americans no longer do.)
My wife told me years ago that the 19th Amendment screwed up the country.
Do not remember the biblical reference he mentioned, but the gist of it was that women have always lied and could never be trusted......seems legit today.

Women should be able to run for office but not vote. That way we don’t lose the Maggie Thatchers and Sarah Palins.
I would have gotten extremely perturbed
Over a comment like That.
It was typical for that loser outfit. I quit soon after.
And we agree.
Yes we all know someone.
I was in the Air Force space program at the time, and we had the job of gathering all the space sensor data possible for analysis. We had a black guy say, “White people problems. Who cares?”, and then refused to work on the gathering of data. He thought he was being cute and funny being a “brother”. He was discharged posthaste by a Pilipino Colonel.
I went through my share of harassment in my youth; ass grabs, boob grabs, being propositioned by bosses, outrageous comments (I came in on an off-day to pick up my check and my boss announced in front of the staff, "Bend over, honey,I'll give you a check.") and left positions in search of a place that would value my intellect, skills, and work ethic. I found them and excelled in them.
As a successful woman executive, it's alarming to me how the actions of others can potentially damage my chances in the marketplace; but I would completely understand a man's trepidation. Instead of working to maintain a professional environment for all workers, leftist hags have tilted the narrative to favor the woman all the time, to the detriment of many good men. One of my former bosses, John, was just such a man. I worked for him for almost 5 years before my husband's work transfer took me across the country. He was a little gruff at times, and could tell some truly off-colored jokes, but I never felt uncomfortable around him and knew he would sooner cut off his arm than do anything unseemly towards me. When the woman hired to replace me accused him of harassment, I called corporate to vigorously defend him, more than willing to testify on his behalf. They still let him go.
Worked with many women for many decades. Never personally had any problems with them. But I can state from personal witnessing that you can work beside a woman for years and if you ever cross them or just totally piss them off that the retribution and revenge will be constant and horrible till one of you gives up and leaves.
Bump.
Did you tell him he was a f#cking idiot — since one of them (Ronald McNair) was BLACK?
Interesting.
Sort of like Moslim Sharia law is taking place stealthily here in the US.
they wanted him out.
they wanted him out.
and HR is evil
