Some time ago, Kyle S. Reyes, CEO of a company called the Silent Partner Marketing, got sick and tired of dealing with prospective employees who were a poor match with his business philosophy. “We get hundreds and hundreds of people reaching out to work for us,” he said. “I … realized it was a time suck on my staff and me to be weeding through endless piles of paper trying to find the handful of people who actually want to hustle for a living and would be a great fit for our company. So I’ve implemented something that is going to give HR managers and the PC Police night sweats. I lovingly refer to it as the Snowflake Test.”
The Snowflake Test, as it turns out, was a series of 30 questions designed to gauge an applicant’s views on such things as guns, faith, work ethic, morality, patriotism, company benefits, salaries, and similar tangible and intangible subjects.
The test was stunningly effective, even with people who never took it. A blizzard of snowflakes blasted Reyes for his insensitivity and demanded safe spaces from his triggering questions. “I was scolded by a woman on the phone yesterday who told me she wouldn’t take the test and ‘shame’ on me for making people take a test to come work for us,” he recalled. “She ‘demanded’ I remove the test or risk losing out on ‘perfect employees’ like herself.”
Meanwhile, Reyes was besieged by businesses requesting his list of questions so they, too, could implement their own Snowflake Tests.

Those individuals are exceptions to the rule which proves the rule. Black Culture in America is toxic , dilusional, and smacks of real domestic terrorism towards the majority of American culture. Those who choose to reject it and pursue accomplishment and Merit are a minority of minorities. Perhaps 10% would be my guess. Mass illegal immigration has created the mindset of Reconquista of those violating hour border laws. And a great part of the problem is many of us not willing to face the reality of this delusion. The Republic is in a soft Civil War.
A friend told us about a nightmare his co-worker endured. A blac woman he supervised complained that this guy made racist remarks to her or something. The company launched this big investigation interviewing everybody and asking if they had ever heard anyone making racist remarks or jokes. They would not tell the man exactly what he was accused of doing, and even though it was only the woman’s word, they moved the guy to a different department. I imagine it affected his career if he stayed with that company.
Our friend was a wise guy (and of Polish heritage), and when they asked him if he had heard any racist or insensitive stuff, he said he had heard
some good Polish jokes.

I worked from 1968 to 2008, and I have met only one black person who wasn’t racist. (At least, I don’t think she was, as we never really discussed race. I believe that a racist would focus on the subject.) We became fast friends, and that lasted for many years. We’ve lost touch now, but I appreciate the time we spent together.
You are most certainly correct, but what wise man would take that chance? The libs have totally screwed man/woman relationships. Very sad indeed when men like Mike Pence refuse to be in a room alone with a woman.

It is designed to discern characteristics of people that cannot be proven to be related to the job.
Now, personally, I would find it offensive if a prospective employer asked me to take it, and I would refuse.

My answer is slightly different. I politely decline, suggest he give the gun to someone else, all while getting my own (that I’ve practiced with and therefore am more familiar with) ready, and suggest covering fields of fire and defensive tactics.
Exactly, I believe some questions have hidden reasons for being asked.
The fact that the Left has declared war on a large chunk of America's voters was revealed when Hillary called Trump supporters "deplorables" (actually it can be traced more subtly back to Obama's comment about "bitter clingers").
I think it is dawning on them that they can't win if they insult a large percentage of the voters,. But rather than admit their error and walk back toward the center, they just get angrier and angrier. This appears to be because those who now control the Democratic Party are committed to the Radical Left agenda of communism/Marxist/postmodernism and they believe that any walking back is a betrayal of the ideology.
They are stuck between a rock and a hard place.
All they can do is ramp up the angry rhetoric and that drives even more moderate (i.e. not entirely insane) Dems to the #walkaway movement.
And makes them so filled with rage that they are frothing at the mouth and flicking spittle when they scream.
