So if the Democrats win, we should burn them down? That makes me uncomfortable.

Funny, I feel exactly the same way. That is, it should now be obvious to anyone that the leftist/socialist controlled democratic party wants to destroy America and basically every ideal it was founded upon.
In America we used to be able to disagree and work through the political process. That is yet another thing about America that the leftist/socialist democrats are working hard to change. They don't want civil discourse, reasoned discussion. They want passions, emotions, things they can easily manipulate in a perpetual crisis-mode of breathless "...we've gotta do something, trust me I know what's best..." The leftists/socialists in the democratic party are showing their fascist underpinnings: you're either with us, with lemming-like support of everything in our agenda; or you're against us and must be destroyed.
This is their message. You might have heard almost the exact same message in 1930s Europe on a radio broadcast, in a speech in a town square, or read it in an newspaper or flyer. Think about it, and how that turned out.
But when they’re losing, they are at least as nasty and violent as they have sometimes accurately accused Trump and his followers of being.
I think that is because Facism is really about government force to enforce the status quo, whatever that is. When Communism is spreading, it opposes it. If the Commies are already in charge, it defends it.
It’s like when people ask, “What has happened to the Press or Hollywood? They used to support America.”
That was only when America was defending their precious Comminism. The Press and Hollywood have never changed.
Just like Obama told John McCain in the oval office when McCain asked for consideration of Republican proposals, “I won”
The left is a wrecking crew attacking the pillars of our civilization. EVERYTHING they do is designed to collapse the system under the guise of improving it. Why should we be civil to a group that is trying to bring about a Communist revolution that will kill and enslave hundreds of millions of people?
Submit to us and there will be peace. Otherwise, we unleash Hell!

I can think of nothing more divisive, in our entire history as a nation except the Civil War itself, than this statement.
In a real, honest press, that statement would be condemned and ridiculed as anti-democratic at the least.
How partisan our press has become! Freedom of the press has become a hollow, empty place only inhabited by the most rough and obnoxious partisans of the Left!
It is a shameful statement, but the lack of reaction by our so-called Fourth Estate is even more sobering and harmful to the survival of our country.
