A $240 PER GALLON GAS TAX TO FIGHT GLOBAL WARMING? NEW UN REPORT SUGGESTS CARBON PRICING

A United Nations special climate report suggests a tax on carbon dioxide emissions would need to be as high as $27,000 per ton at the end of the century to effectively limit global warming.
For Americans, thats the same as a $240 per gallon tax on gasoline in the year 2100, should such a recommendation be adopted. In 2030, the report says a carbon tax would need to be as high as $5,500 thats equivalent to a $49 per gallon gas tax.
If you think thats an unlikely scenario, youre probably not wrong. However, its what the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Changes report, released Sunday night, sees as a policy option for reducing emissions enough to keep projected warming below 1.5 degrees Celsius.

It wouldn't surprise me if the United Nations relocates to Europe or the Middle East.
I can't offer any proof or Scripture for that. All I will say is it wouldn't surprise me. (shrugs)

The UN wants a civilization-ending tax on energy. If the watermelon Marxists get their way there will not be a tree left standing in countries where winter reigns. You will also have mass starvation in North Africa and other infertile regions. Any countries that refused this madness will take over the world.
Any nut the believes in this ludicrous idea is also someone who wants to eliminate 90% of humanity by any means necessary.

“Norway charges something like $50/quart for motor oil ($200/gallon), so theyre almost there on that. The reason for the super-high price is that its Norway (daa), and to discourage people from frequent oil changes.”
Let me guess, everyone is getting their oil changed in Sweden.

Every single UN member and staffer is on an expense account that pays for all of these charges from collected taxes of their home countries. In short, they are immune from the costs that they mandate. What a surprise, NOT!

Its astonishing how many of the worlds ills can be cured simply by giving a big pile of money to leftists.
