Not exactly. If Ginsburg were unable to attend USSC hearings, she wouldn’t be able to rule on them. And the Republicans only need 50 votes to put a 10th justice on the USSC.

Republicans need to start impeachment proceedings against ginsburg, and get her replaced with ACB.

We will see the true meaning of the words ‘meltdown’ and ‘mayhem’ and the resulting liberal splodey-heads, if and when notorious RBG passes. Particularly if Trump is the one naming her replacement.
