South Carolina Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham did not take kindly to a group of protesters who followed him to his car, yelling demeaning comments.
The protesters were waiting outside of Graham’s Senate office building protesting Supreme Court justice nominee Brett Kavanaugh. The protesters ran from their position standing on the side of the road with “STOP KAVANAUGH” signs to harass the Senator on his way to his waiting car.
The women yelled that Graham was “despicable” and needed to be “kicked out of office.” In response, Graham smiled and wondered aloud if the women were South Carolina voters. “We will vote you out of South Carolina!” the protester said.
Graham turned while walking to give the protesters one last comment: “Well, please move to South Carolina. You’ll be welcome in South Carolina,” Graham said. The protesters attempted to surround Graham’s car, screaming, “You old, white, privileged patriarchy!” The protesters were themselves mature, white women. They continued to scream at Graham, “You have changed so much!” as Graham’s car pulled away. Then the protesters turned on this reporter, asking, “How can you work for him?”
This reporter informed protesters that he is indeed a reporter. “Oh, good,” was the response.
Why is this news?
I love it! Lindsey may not garner my trust any time soon but I like what he has been doing over the last 3-6 months and that quip about moving to South Carolina is a gem.

Trump fights hard, and he fights back. That is one of the reasons I like him. I also like his agenda. :)

That was a believable scenario, because Graham has been so much different since McCain is out of his life.
I don't think it is McCain. I think it is because he has known Judge K for 20 years and had his eyes opened to the dem's lowness.
But then I suppose you could say his eyes were opened because McCain was not there to help them stay closed.
The bigger question is how these protesters were born and raised here and are now so stupid and crass.
That's what we just did in Michigan.

It was Lindsey Graham that led the charge of the R Congress in the impeachment of WJC.
Thought then he was an up & coming young pol but he ‘turned’ when elected to Senate.
ALSO in ref to Judge K, saw the other day where he(LG) had given questions to Ken Starr during the Clinton ‘trials & tribulations Soap Opera’, that also could be a WJC ‘payback’????
However since JK was a ‘teen’ running around ‘abusing’ young girls in the mid 1980s, kind of hard to believe that 10-15 short years later that he was instrumental in ‘bringing down a sitting pres’, HOWEVER, nothing is impossible and maybe he WAS that ‘brilliant’ while in his late 20s/early 30s???.
Hubby said if there’s a “caption the photo” thread, this should have a callout bubble over Graham’s head, “taking care of business”.
A meme with the Donald in scrubs in front of a building with a sign saying Trump Cojone Implantation Institute and him saying “Next!” would be nice.
