Explaining her cloture vote...
If I’m reading the recall law properly (and assuming failure to represent the will of Alaskan voters is an appropriate claim that can be used to recall her), you have to get 25% of the total votes cast in the last election for that office. In the case of Murkowski, that would be 25% of 311,441 or 77,861.
That seems possible. 90K people voted for the Libertarian ... 138K voted for Murkowski. 41K voted for an independent named Stock, and 36K voted for the Rat.
She thought she would take a stand and have Collins and/or Flake rally behind her. Instead, she's found herself twisting in the wind, the lone Republican 'No' vote against a Republican-nominated Supreme Court Justice.
I can't imagine what's going through her head right now but it's probably something like this, "I sure f***ed this one up."
I suggested Fox earlier BUT Fox cut out on her. Can’t say I blame them!!
She may have preserved the last ounce of goodwill I would ever have for her with that move.
They’d better not fall for it, she’ll have a “change of heart” once he’s no longer available to cast his vote in favor. Stick with the original plan, Republicans. This woman is not to be trusted.

It doesn’t matter, can’t be done to federal elected officials. Their removal is exclusively set forth in the Constitution. That decision was correctly decided; it will require an amendment, which Mark Levin has been pushing for, to allow recall of Congress people.
That’s mighty white of her.
Everything was just great about Kavanaugh, and she WAS going to vote for him. She had full confidence in him. When he appeared at the hearing vs Christine Ballsy FRAUD, Murkey didn't like his "emotional temperament". She said it was unbecoming for a Supreme Court Justice.
