There plenty of other lib judges. Try Hawaii or California or Washington state or Oregon, etc.

Well just impeach any judge that attempts this and remove them from office, which the Senate can do at any time it desires. The Federal Courts have no say anyway as the Senate follows its own rules, which they did and the court has no jurisdiction at all, separation of powers. What ignorant sluts these dems are. Rat brains!

Next, Merkley appeals to the EU.

And then, the UN.

LOL

Thanks Jeff! What better way to demonstrate why we need more conservatives on the court and how the Democrats abuse our judicial system.

Any competent lawyer could have told you the same.

Why a delay? Wouldn’t today be better?

For a judge to have done anything else would have made a mockery of the Constitution.

“...a federal judge ruled Friday that he had waited too long to sue.”

If the suit is beyond the power of the court, what difference does the timing make?

“Jerk Merkley schooled on separation of powers by an 0bama appointed judge. LOL!”

Now if a court could issue a ruling preventing congress from carrying out their appointed duties, could not congress also issue a law preventing a court from ruling on any specific case?

Of course not - but thats why these judges who keep trying to run interference against this administration need to be called out. Glad to see this judge make a proper call.

A definite “no” vote, no matter the facts tries to sue because he can’t make up his mind to vote “no” without some extra ‘facts”...too funny....and pathetic.

Actually, per the constitution, congress sets the jurisdiction for the courts.
