The lawyers for Christine Blasey Ford said Wednesday that they will only turn over documents requested by Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, to the FBI in an interview with the bureau — though an interview has still not yet been scheduled and time is running short.
In a letter to the Iowa Republican, Ford’s lawyers Debra Katz and Lisa Banks say that they are “prepared” to give the documents “to the FBI when she interviewed.”
“We have not yet heard from the FBI about scheduling an interview with her,” they wrote.

I agree with you 100% As I noted, the entire exercise is an extravagant and nonsensical waste of time. NOBODY needs to be interviewed again, but thanks to Flake, here we are. My point is this: You must keep in mind that some 60% of voting age Americans cannot name the vice president. Therefore, if I were running this investigation, I would interview Ford and Kav again, because to NOT interview them is to give the dems an incredibly easy talking point. The most mentally disabled person on earth could have told you that failure to interview these two would have the dems screaming “Fake investigation! Fake investigation!” And this talking point is far more likely to have those clueless 60% I mentioned above scratching their heads, saying “Yeah. Why didn’t they talk to Ford and Kav?”
Every other attack the dems have mounted could be easily seen through by even those clueless 60%. This latest talking point, I fear, may gain some traction with the clueless.
Besides, interviewing Ford again gives her another perjury opportunity.
They really don’t want to have to arrest her. If they interview her, they will.

The GOP can make concession after concession to the Dems further corrupting the process. It won't matter to the Dems who have already made up their minds. Who is in charge?
The Ford legal team refuses to give the Committee copies of the therapist reports (already provided to the WP) and the polygraph documentation. They will only give it to the FBI if an interview is conducted. The Committee already made huge concessions to Ford, including letting her delay the process and the vote for more than a week. The only demand they did not obtain was having Kavanaugh go first.
The Dems got their FBI investigation, which they claimed was only a delay of a week. Now the FBI investigation is not broad enough. They want more witnesses (25) to be investigated. It is all getting absurd. A line has to be drawn some time. This is it.
Interviewing Ford again achieves nothing. I don't believe the various polls, which are conducted by a media with an agenda. The Reps need to placate their base first and foremost. Based on my own anecdotal information, Rep voters are angry and highly motivated. They are upset with the treatment a good man has received.
Besides, interviewing Ford again gives her another perjury opportunity.
You only get one bite out of apple. She testified under oath and lied a number of times. There is nothing she can add that will substantiate her allegations.

I’ve been lurking for quite some time. It is the Kavanaugh thing that got me to sing up. I KNOW this is the biggest political story of our age, far larger, even, than DJT’s election. The S. Court (sadly) rules the nation, and we have our best shot in probably more than 50 years to correct that horribly criminal institution.

She didn’t have good faith lying about K and lying in the hearing. And lying to the tax appraisal office.
I think the key is in the wording from her attorneys, “schedule” I think they would pull the same stall they did with the senate, maybe available in 10 days. The only downside is that the leftist will scream incomplete investigation without her talking-but they would have said that anyway
Go ‘Full On’ Mueller on her residences, attorney’s offices, phones, computers, and arrest her dogs & cats too.
No investigation will be enough. They have said they are voting “no” regardless. Only the Reps can stop Kavanaugh’s confirmation. The Dems can’t stop it.
It might be too late since she's already lied, but fire Katz and start telling the truth.
It might go easier on her.

Why would the FBI need or want to talk to this skank? They have her testimony and statements.
She better hope they don’t interview her. Lying to a g-man is a felony.
She needs to be arrested for perjury, defamation of character and for an attempt to subvert government by a conspiratorial act to stop a lawful judicial appointment. Go after her.
Ford is the sacrificial lamb and her attorneys are holding the knife.
Don’t worry Chrissie. As soon as we get the good Judge seated the FBI will get right on interviewing you and your attorneys. They’ll probably want to talk to some of your students, friends, past boyfriends, polygrapher, therapists etc. Should be a lot of fun for everyone.
The FBI interviews liars all the time. There’s a couple of high profile guys in trouble for lying to the FBI right now. Honestly I’m not sure why they didn’t interview her. It’s certainly not because she’s a liar. I think it’s more likely because SHE IS A LAIR. The FBI KNOWS if they interview her and she lies then they’d have to do something about it like they do all the other liars they have charged in the in the last year. They are doing her a favor and the lawyers are doing PR.
