Cory Booker: Ditch Kavanaugh, whether he’s ‘innocent or guilty’ (Dems playbook revealed)
Fox News ^ | October 3 2018

Democratic Sen. Cory Booker, amid the ongoing FBI probe into sexual assault allegations against Brett Kavanaugh, suggested the Senate needs to “move on” to another Supreme Court nominee whether Kavanaugh is innocent or guilty.

Booker, D-N.J., days earlier backed the FBI’s re-opened supplemental background investigation into Kavanaugh. But amid speculation that the probe could come to an end any day now, Booker indicated Tuesday that it's too late for Kavanaugh. He said his "credibility" has already been challenged and his "temperament" revealed at last week's heated hearing with him and accuser Christine Blasey Ford.

“Ultimately—not whether he's innocent or guilty, this is not a trial ... have enough questions been raised that we should not move on to another candidate?” Booker, a potential 2020 presidential candidate, said on Capitol Hill Tuesday.

Let’s look at this scenario.

1. Flake votes NO
2. Collins and/or Magurski vote NO
3. No dems vote YES

He fails with 48 or 49 votes.

I would say, why NOT resubmit him because then there’s a huge incentive to vote republican.

If he get more than 3 republican NO votes, then I agree, move on, and you work like heck to vote even those people out during their primaries.

Here’s to Cory Booker spending his last moments as Spartacus did.

Roy did, the GOPe folded and abandoned him. So far that’s not happening here but dems can’t be blamed for imagining it could yet happen.

Hey Corey did you have anything to do with this attempted ricin attack on the POTUS or SecDef. If you did you are finished.

It's T-Bone talking through Spartacus. T-Bone runs the partnership.

It could have been Leahy, he gets liquored up and Blacks out after he commits crimes.

GWB would have pulled the nomination after the first week.

Worked for Obama. Booker and Harris will try to ride it to the White House.

After Obama, I don’t think we’re going to see another black president in my lifetime.
After Hillary!, I think women’s political stock is at an all time low, too.

Ford perjuring herself doesn't help the woman's movement either.

Flake folded, which is why Kavanaugh is not on the Supreme Court right now.

That booker is sharp, all right. His reasoning is, “we can’t find incriminating evidence on this candidate, so drop him and find another one we can smear”

You see, their plan is working. One more delay and they’ll get to Collins and Snow too, if they haven’t already. I continue to have a lack in confidence that they manage to get this done but I remain hopeful. I stand by my comments made weeks ago: if they let the dems kill this nomination they will get destroyed in the midterms. I said they’d fail to show up because “why bother” since they stand for nothing and can’t even get a SCOTUS nominee in after running on how that’s the most important reason to vote for them. I now think it would be worse than I thought then because rather than disappointment and indifference, the anger people have towards dems will shift into anger directed straight towards them.

Cory Booker is a child rapist who needs to be removed from the US Senate and sent to prison...whether he did it or not!!!

The anger towards Democrats will shift to become anger towards Republicans for being so obviously played, again.
