So, here we were to be left with a new legal and cultural standard in adjudicating future disagreements and disputes, an utterly anti-Western standard quite befitting for our new relativist age:
The veracity of accusations will hinge on the particular identity, emotions, and ideology of the accuser;
Evidence, or lack of it, will be tangential, given the supposed unimpeachable motives of the ideologically correct accuser;
The burden of proof and evidence will rest with the accused to disprove the preordained assumption of guilt;
Hearsay will be a valuable narrative and constitute legitimate evidence;
Truth is not universal, but individualized. Ford’s “truth” is as valid as the “Truth,” given that competing narratives are adjudicated only by access to power. Ford is a victim, therefore her truth trumps “their” truth based on evidence and testimony.
Questionable and inconsistent testimony are proof of trauma and therefore exactitude; recalling an accusation to someone is proof that the action in the accusation took place.
Statutes of limitations do not exist; any allegation of decades prior is as valid as any in the present. All of us are subject at any moment to unsubstantiated accusations from decades past that will destroy lives. Assertion of an alleged crime is unimpeachable proof. Recall of where, when, why, and how it took place is irrelevant.
Individual accusations will always be subservient to cosmic causes; individuals are irrelevant if they do not serve ideological aims. All accusations fit universal stereotypes whose rules of finding guilt or innocence trump those of individual cases.
The accuser establishes the conditions under which charges are investigated; the accused nods assent.

America is not stupid. They see this petty nonsense the communist/Marxist/jackanapes pulled for what it is. Americans can get misguided or off track and I don’t hold much hope for the jackanape strongholds like SF Bay Area, Portland, Chicago, L.A., Austin, D.C., Boston, NYC, and more but in REAL America the people still have a good hold on reality.
I am concerned while we have this Civil War going on with the damaged left; our other enemies like the cult of Islam are biding their time and growing stronger while planning their next move and/or attack. They could easily band with militant groups like La Raza to overthrow America if it’s weakened enough by this Civil War.

I’m all ears on a solution. It’s not like we can brand all the leftists with a big “L” on their foreheads even if they deserve it. Still, if they want to act like children, maybe they should be treated like children and lose rights then have to work hard while learning the error of their ways as try to get them back.
I can’t see treating them like equals when their stated goal is to destroy America and kill whitey. Maybe losing the right to vote would be a good start.

There is a massive correction coming. The elasticity has all been played out of the current situation and all that stored up energy is about to come loose in a harsh and brutal manner.

Solutions are not obvious. It really is hard to think of any path forward from this point.
A lot of the problem started with public schools which were taken over by leftists as part of the “long march through the institutions” when they realized violent revolution was just not going to happen in the west.
Taking away their right to vote won’t work...they are actively working to end elections. Besides, who decides who gets to keep or lose one’s voting right

It appears he has grown a lot more pessimistic and sees the almost inevitable clash coming, but I suspect he doesn’t want to spell it out that clearly. In the Revolutionary War and again in the Civil War, people were working hard on reconciliation and peace up until war came.
