In June, NBC North Dakota News teamed up with Mason-Dixon, now we've teamed up with Strategic Research Associates (SRA) to conduct a survey on certain issues and candidates involved in the upcoming midterm election.
We start out with the latest numbers for the race for Senate. According to SRA, it surveyed 650 likely voters last month. And, Republican challenger Rep. Kevin Cramer leads incumbent Democratic Sen. Heidi Heitkamp by 10 percentage points; 51 percent to 41 percent. Eight percent have yet to make up their mind.
Obviously a hot topic lately is the pending confirmation of U.S. Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh. Sixty percent of voters in North Dakota support Kavanaugh with 27 percent expressing opposition. The poll was conducted during the recent disclosure that Kavanaugh may have engaged in sexual misconduct while in high school and college, but before the Sept. 27 testimony by Kavanaugh and one of his accusers before the Senate Judiciary Committtee.

PRESIDENT DONALD J. TRUMP is campaigning as hard now as he was in October, 2016. Not only that, but he's getting stuff done that improves America.
Why are they willing to risk everything? Even strong conservatives have doubts about Cavanaugh because he was a Bush guy.
If its clear she is going to loses doesn’t that make her a No vote? It seems pretty likely she her days in the Senate are numbered - I’d imagine she is trading a No vote for some type of payoff once out of office.
Told you...
All the Kavanaugh circus has done is the one thing the Republicans were incapabale of doing and the worst thing that could have happened to Dems.
Awoken and angered and engaged not only the GOP base fully, but the non traditional and cross Over MAGA voters...
They have awoken a sleeping giant and filled him with terrible resolve.
They literally took most likely winning the house, into not a chance in hell, and the republicans may even gain seats.
And Kavanaugh will still be sitting on the Supreme Court.
And amazingly even gave the “NeverTrumper” faction a good reason to fall in line as well. We’ll see how many of them do - it may be more than a few.
She made the mistake of leaning NO on Friday.
Her ship is already sinking.....

Democratic Sen. Heidi Heitkamp of North Dakota suggested Friday she may vote no on Brett Kavanaugh ‘s confirmation to the Supreme Cour
“If this 6% shift is generalized it would mean a GOP sweep of epic proportions.”
There are two things I’ve been praying for as of late:
1. The SAFETY of our President and his family, and...
2. A CRUSHING BLOW to the Socialist Democrats all across America come November 6th.
Amen. :)

AMEN praying with you on both counts.
“A NO vote for Judge K is a YES vote for future Senator Cramer.”

I’m not from that state. If I were, even if she voted YES for Judge Kavanaugh’s Confirmation, I’d still vote her out. Just on sheer principle of her being a Democrat.
I keep wondering, is it possible to vote Judge K in 2019 when we have the numbers?
A case of ‘damned if they do, damned if they don’t’ for all the moderate Dems.
“Even strong conservatives have doubts about Cavanaugh because he was a Bush guy.”
If the leftwads establish that they can take down even a Dudley Do-Right like Kavanaugh with nothing more than lies, they’ll be back to selecting candidates for the Republicans.
“They literally took most likely winning the house, into not a chance in hell, and the republicans may even gain seats.”
I don’t get it. A blue wave has never seemed likely to me.
I wonder how the media would spin it this time. They could not really say that the voters threw a tantrum again.
Wow!!
Yup. The only way this gambit was ever going to work was if the D’s could parlay it into an improbable capture of the Senate and delay the nomination until then.
-------------
Keep right on voting with Cryin' Chuckie and not your constituents; see what it gets you, Red State DemonRats!!
Again, why in the hell would N Dakota ever elect a Democrat as US Senator?
I think Americans are starting to smell the coffee.
good perhaps she will see the light
