Despite an online rumor to the contrary, a building permit from the city of Palo Alto does not contradict Christine Blasey Ford’s testimony regarding a second front door she had installed on her house.
As the Post reported on Tuesday (Sept. 25), a 2008 building permit for the 753-square-foot expansion on Ford’s L-shaped, Eichler-style home includes plans for a new door on the master bedroom.
The story mistakenly referred to the new bedroom door as a backdoor. Conservative pundit Paul Sperry tweeted about the second door on Thursday (Sept. 27), claiming the 2008 date of the permit “raises questions” about Ford’s testimony that the first time she told her husband that U.S. Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh had sexually assaulted her in high school was during a May 2012 conversation about their home remodel.
“BREAKING: Palo Alto bldg permit records raise questions about Ford’s testimony she completed an ‘extensive remodel’ of home in 2012 & that this was seminal event that led her down path to coming out against Kavanaugh b/c she needed to add an escape door. Permit was issued in 2008,” Sperry wrote in a tweet that was reposted 6,600 times.
Several conservative blogs have since posted about the 2008 building permit, citing Sperry’s tweet.

That is EXACTLY the case!
Well, now the IRS and CA Franchise Tax Board should investigate Dr. Ford to determine if she reported the rental income!
Ford: I was so traumatized I insisted a second door to my house be installed.
Also Ford: I rent portions of my house to strangers.
It is too uncertain.
She could have gotten counseling after the door was added.
Personally, I believe the door was added to accommodate renter access and this whole therapy stuff was made up.

The plans for the extra door was in 2008 but her husband didn’t ask her until 2012 why she insisted on having it ???

When the door actually went in is irrelevant. The fact that the permit to add the door was in 2008 means that its purpose had nothing to do with something that she did not remember until 2012. She could even still not have installed the door, and the fact that the permit to do so was pulled in 2008 eliminates Kavanaugh as the reason for the purpose.

The plan for building a second front door was filed in 2008.
Blasey Ford has changed her story several times and has not provided the therapist notes.
However, she said she had repressed the memory of Kavanaugh and only remembered during therapy in 2012. She said the memory of Kavanaugh caused her to want the second door.
Did she use a time machine to go back to 2008 to file the building plans after she recovered the memory in 2012?
well yes.....when the rental was empty her husband would escape to it to sleep so he could get some peace away from her little girl whiny voice...(or maybe the Google interns were girls)
so they went to marriage counselling where instead of admitting she was a slum landlord she comes up with the lie that she needs to feel safe etc and why...
Meanwhile hubby didn’t ask in 2008 why they needed a new door added ...he already knew...it was for the illegal apartment...
