WASHINGTON — A Yale classmate of Judge Brett M. Kavanaugh’s accused him on Sunday of a “blatant mischaracterization” of his drinking while in college, saying that he often saw Judge Kavanaugh “staggering from alcohol consumption.”
The classmate, Chad Ludington, who said he frequently socialized with Judge Kavanaugh as a student, said in a statement that the judge had been untruthful in testimony to the Senate Judiciary Committee when he had denied any possibility that he had ever blacked out from drinking.
Mr. Ludington said that Judge Kavanaugh had played down “the degree and frequency” of his drinking, and that the judge had often become “belligerent and aggressive” while intoxicated.
“It is truth that is at stake, and I believe that the ability to speak the truth, even when it does not reflect well upon oneself, is a paramount quality we seek in our nation’s most powerful judges,” Mr. Ludington said, adding that he planned to “take my information to the F.B.I.”

Mr. Ludington spoke to the Times between taking orders for hamburgers and cleaning the restrooms at the fast food chain where he works as an assistant shift supervisor and birthday party coordinator.
The world is unfortunately filled with jealous, small, petty people who would seize upon an opportunity to damage a rival while disparaging an ideology they disagree with with unprovable allegations.
Because once Kavanaugh started working, there are actual records, dates, and identifiable colleagues and clients -- that show absolutely nothing and would immediately disprove any false allegations.

It was amazing how, in the fight for his life, Kavanaugh still wanted to protect that mans privacy.

Was reading up on the Borking of two judges that were both qualified for SCOTUS, before the Dem attack machine became apparent. A judge named Douglas Ginsberg was dropped because he admitted he had smoked marijuana. And now that’s legal. Just another step down the stairway to the destruction of our culture.

The ‘Rats need to get people to believe that Kavanaugh was a black-out drunk.
Their problem is that most people find Kavanaugh credible when he says he never did these things.
But if they can convince enough people that he was a black-out drunk, they will immediately claim that he did these thing, but does not remember.
That is why Kavanaugh is wise to push back against this allegation.
Kindergarten? Oh my God. We’ll find out little Brett pushed a girl on the playground, so he was into the war on women back then.
He may have pushed a black classmate in kindergarten, so obviously he’s a racist, etc. There’s lots of ammunition if they go back that far.

Is this the freshman year roomate who Kavanaugh indicated had a personal grudge against him? He mentioned it in a response on Thursday, apparently referencing a closed session discussion.
