A Democratic senator draws scrutiny to the July 1 event, but the location doesn’t appear to match Ford’s description and a partygoer doesn’t recall her ever being there.
uring Brett Kavanaugh’s testimony on Thursday, he was asked by prosecutor Rachel Mitchell about a July 1, 1982 gathering listed on his calendar from high school. Some journalists and one Democratic senator on the Judiciary Committee, Sheldon Whitehouse of Rhode Island, have suggested this party could be the party where Christine Blasey Ford believes she was allegedly assaulted by Kavanaugh in the summer of 1982.
Kavanaugh wrote on his calendar for Thursday, July 1, 1982: “Tobin's house — Workout/Go to Timmy’s for skis w[ith] Judge, Tom, P.J., Bernie, Squi.”
During his testimony, Kavanaugh identified those attending the gathering at "Timmy's" as all male friends: Tim Gaudette, Mark Judge, Tom Kane, P.J. Smyth, Bernie McCarthy, and Chris Garrett (whose nickname was “Squi”). And “skis” meant “brewskis,” a reference to beer.
The potential significance of this event is that it is the only party or gathering listed on Kavanaugh’s calendar at which both Mark Judge and P.J. Smyth were listed as present, and Judge and Smyth are two people alleged by Ford to have been in attendance at the gathering where she was allegedly assaulted.

The real news here is that the Dems on the Judiciary committee have declared war on beer. Even Whitehorse's Rear End's Rhode Island constituents drink be-ah. And as a consequence they probably suffer from the other democratic bugaboo, flatulence.
Not to worry. The bimbo’s testimony will somehow change to match dates on K’s calendar. Then the “memory” of the location will alter.
Any sentient person (which eliminates the democrat congress and journalist) can see what fumes the progressive sewer is spewing.

Someone please explain to Whitehouse how a calendar works...that it's about the future....not the past.
It’s interesting that Garrett, the boy that resembled Kavanaugh, was there, too. Apparently, Ford went out with him about this time. However, she bent over backwards not to say his name when questioned by Mitchell. Might she not also have crafted her story so she would not have to name him in it? Could it be that, if this was the occasion in question, she arrived and left with Garrett, but did or said nothing that would indicate that anything untoward had happened?

Interesting thought. Even if this wasn’t the case, wouldn’t she have told Garrett that his buddy just tried to undress her?
Well something is certainly fishy in this. Now we hear she had a boyfriend at the time, and surprise, surprise it’s the kid who resembled Kavanaugh. Only she wants to leave his name out of it. If she is going on record accusing a man for the purpose of negating his promotion, in the process smearing his name, she should be required to give all information don’t you think? This boyfriend was also supposedly friends with Kavanaugh so where was he when she went to the gathering/party where his friends were and why did she not tell her boyfriend what happened???
Why not. She’s already changed her story from no girls to one girl to maybe more girls to more boys.
Her own family have all but disowned her. That speaks volumes.
I propose a new word within our national lexicon:
Fordicate (verb): To use sexual innuendo based on unprovable facts, to destroy an opponent for political reasons.
“Stormy Daniels fordicated Trump.”
“Annita Hill fordicated Clarence Thomas.”
Why are we parsing every word of testimony here. This is all horses#!t and everyone knows it.
This (see link) is at least as compelling as the good Senator from Rhode Island’s theory.
Christine Ford can’t reconcile differences in dates (’82 is not MID-’80s) and age (15 is not LATE-teens).

Garrett needs to give a sworn statement. I’d like to know how long after the supposed incident did they break up. I’ve been thinking their summer fling was kept hidden from Squi’s friends for some reason. A “Grease” thing:

Ford remembers from ~36 years ago that the TV was not playing downstairs.
