The FBI has begun contacting people as part of an additional background investigation of Judge Brett M. Kavanaugh, including a second woman who alleges that the Supreme Court nominee sexually assaulted her, according to people familiar with the unfolding investigation.
The bureau has reached out to Deborah Ramirez, a Yale University classmate of Kavanaughs who alleges that he shoved his genitals in her face at a party where she had been drinking and become disoriented. It was not clear that agents had yet interviewed Ramirez. But the FBI is moving quickly to contact people as part of the new background investigation, which President Trump ordered on Friday under pressure from key members of his party.

Both are such pillars of the community and as such are above reproach...
Where have you been living? You are very hasty in your assessment. These are the changes that have occurred at the FBI since Trump has been in office. You need to rethink things:

I don’t think the FBI accepts that answer: “no questions without my CPL.” Isn’t the standard response, “you can answer our questions here or you can answer our questions at headquarters”?

The crime was being appointed by Trump.
Else,a girl got felt up.
Remember, ford testified that she WAS NOT raped.
She said she thinks her titty was touched.
I wish the FBI or Kavvanaugh’s attorney would question Riki
“Kavanaugh accuser leans on Democratic operative for advice Christine Blasey Ford is looking to Ricki Seidman, who helped prepare Anita Hill, to help her navigate a potential hearing.”
Ricki Seidman is on audio for the American Constitute Society on July 10th talking about a strategy that will emerge derailing Kvanaughs confirmation.

It starts about 22.57 at about 25.37 is where she talks about a strategy.
Regrettably, Beulah isn’t currently available for interview; however, we do have video of her testimony given earlier. Very credible appearance(s) by a very, very brave woman. Quite untrue, but ...
Maybe??? it IS. Delay, delay, delay, destroy. That's the Dems plan. The whole point is to put off K's nomination until after the midterms, where the stupid Dems hope they have enough votes to make sure K doesn't get approval. And if he does get approved, they will practice their impeachment skills (ultimately meant for Trump) on Justice K.
She could not be reached as she was still passed out in a drunken stupor at a teen frat party.
It shouldn’t make her uncomfortable, as the FBI is the enemy of Donald Trump.
They arent investigating a crime. They are doing an expanded background check.
Really now? With all of these changes who now have Trump handpicked people in positions of power and oversight.

So will any be charged with lying to the FBI and go to prison?
No legal obligation to say anything to them, and they lack probable cause for any kind of warrant.
So in reality they can't do much.
“A lawyer never asks a question he doesnt know the answer to.”
They sure as hell do, such as in a deposition. That’s why it’s known as discovery.
Mr. Vader, I’m going to have to see that in action to believe it. As of this moment I believe the FBI will assist Ford et al and delay delay delay.
because all the “charges” are so unbelievable as it is.....
Who,exactly, is in charge of the ‘investigation’? A Peter Strzok type? God help us, if that’s the case...the swamp is not going to go gentle into that good night...
I trust today's FBI as far as I can throw Michael Moore.
Leni
I sincerely doubt that you will see it. You and many on this forum have been condition responsed like Pavlov’s dogs from the MSM.
