Furthermore, the law at the time the offense occurred is the law must be applied to any charges that might be brought. For example, in 1982, assault and attempted rape were both misdemeanors and subject to a one year statue of limitations.

But they can look at that calendar and verify if it was from 1082 by testing the paper and the ink according to a former FBI investigator. He said in fact, they will look at the calendar first. Kav was asked if it was from 1082 and had he added, changed anything on the calendar before the hearing. He said no. Perjury would be a charge against him, lying to Congress, etc. DEMS will try to get him on lying.

That's the point. Every single new FBI witness interview that is added to Brett's file will lead to demands from the Dems, which will be supported by the "Flakes," for additional committee hearings for follow-up interviews of the new witnesses, since the FBI draws no conclusions.
How many weeks are we behind right now because of just *one* witness. Image dozens more.

That was and is the plan. It is no different than all the spies run at Papadapoulis to get him to send emails with the word Russia in it to the Trump campaign, and the guilt by association as the Dossier was being written in real time. Even Papadapoulis has now figured out he was the Patsy.
