With the Senate Judiciary Committee holding a vote at 9:30 A.M. tomorrow, a Senate insider has told Townhall that Kavanaugh has the votes to make it out of committee and the votes to be confirmed on the floor for a seat on the U.S. Supreme Court. Sens. Flake (R-AZ), Collins (R-ME), Murkowski (R-AK), and Manchin (D-WV) are expected to vote in favor of Kavanaugh. All the Republicans are voting yes. Also, in the rumor mill, several Democrats may break ranks and back Kavanaugh. That’s the ball game, folks.
It was an intense and hellacious day at the Senate Judiciary Committee. Christine Blasey Ford, the woman accusing Judge Brett Kavanaugh of an attempted rape while at a high school party, told her story of her alleged sexual assault. It was intense. It was emotional. And it still lacked evidence, witnesses, and other corroborating details. It’s an unprovable allegation, which is what Democrats want; it allows them to delay and run out the clock on this nomination. The FBI investigation talking point has been beaten to death by Senate Democrats, another delay tactic that has been undercut by past remarks by none other than Joe Biden. When he chaired the committee during the Clarence Thomas confirmation hearings, Biden famously said that FBI reports are inconclusive and should not be relied on during sexual misconduct allegations.
Brett Kavanaugh testified later this afternoon, giving an emotional and fiery defense of his character and career after it had been under a sustained assault by the Left for over a week. Kavanaugh said that the allegations—all three of them—were false and have irreparably damaged his reputation and damaged his family life. He said this process had become a national disgrace, with Democrats replacing advise and consent with search and destroy. Kavanaugh needed to come out swinging. He needed to be tough. And he did just that.

I realize it is a metaphor. However. Please if we could refrain from referring her in the same realm as that man. I am sure he does not pray a Hail Mary when doing what it is he does. Nor do any of the pro death democrats nor their bosses - whoever it is they work for
Mitch McConnell said this will be voted on in the Senate. This was not an idle statement. Even if Kavanaugh was not voted out of committee for a vote, McConnell has the authority to bring it to a vote regardless. In effect he was saying to all Republicans and few Red State Democrats, you will vote and live with the consequences of your vote. The media does not talk about this.
Kavanaugh will be confirmed.

I was walking in 100 degree heat and listening today when the Dems were insisting Kavanaugh beg for more FBI investigations into accusations against himself.
What the hell for? The FBI doesn’t have a time machine. If Ford had any proof she would have delivered it. She knew the Judge guy worked at Safeway. That doesn’t prove attempted rape by his friend. After all that emotion, there was no evidence brought forth today. One story. Anyone can tell a story.
It’s like asking someone driving through an unfamiliar rural town to beg the sheriff to search your car. And it gives the Dems more time on the clock.

The Dems likely still have October Surprise #4, October Surprise #5, and October Surprise #6 primed and ready to fire from Tubes 1, 2 & 3.
Whether they fire them or not depends on what their "typical voter focus groups" are telling them right now, as to whether each new accusation looks legit, or as a ridiculously desperate Hail Mary bomb.
The Bushes support dems. They all voted for crooked Hilary. I’ve lost all respect. They promoted this circus with Brett by supporting dems.

I’m waiting for the Democrats on the Senate Judiciary Committee to stage a coup tomorrow, seize the gavel, arrest the committee Republicans, and then vote to reject the Kavanaugh nomination. I do believe the Democrats have become THAT crazy.
