With the Senate Judiciary Committee holding a vote at 9:30 A.M. tomorrow, a Senate insider has told Townhall that Kavanaugh has the votes to make it out of committee and the votes to be confirmed on the floor for a seat on the U.S. Supreme Court. Sens. Flake (R-AZ), Collins (R-ME), Murkowski (R-AK), and Manchin (D-WV) are expected to vote in favor of Kavanaugh. All the Republicans are voting yes. Also, in the rumor mill, several Democrats may break ranks and back Kavanaugh. That’s the ball game, folks.
It was an intense and hellacious day at the Senate Judiciary Committee. Christine Blasey Ford, the woman accusing Judge Brett Kavanaugh of an attempted rape while at a high school party, told her story of her alleged sexual assault. It was intense. It was emotional. And it still lacked evidence, witnesses, and other corroborating details. It’s an unprovable allegation, which is what Democrats want; it allows them to delay and run out the clock on this nomination. The FBI investigation talking point has been beaten to death by Senate Democrats, another delay tactic that has been undercut by past remarks by none other than Joe Biden. When he chaired the committee during the Clarence Thomas confirmation hearings, Biden famously said that FBI reports are inconclusive and should not be relied on during sexual misconduct allegations.
Brett Kavanaugh testified later this afternoon, giving an emotional and fiery defense of his character and career after it had been under a sustained assault by the Left for over a week. Kavanaugh said that the allegations—all three of them—were false and have irreparably damaged his reputation and damaged his family life. He said this process had become a national disgrace, with Democrats replacing advise and consent with search and destroy. Kavanaugh needed to come out swinging. He needed to be tough. And he did just that.
Absolutely, they are searching for some liberal judge to try and stop it.. before they vote they will buy another story of sexual misconduct at HS or college. This time the lie will be supported by other people who say they were witnesses to the incident the liar & dems will have created.
It may take millions in off-shore accounts but they will find people willing to go along with whatever story they create. If the vote isn’t until Tuesday, expect an onslaught of absurd stories..
The gang rape story was too unbelievable, they know they went to large on that one. The next lie will be more like the Ford accusation - someone will claim he sexually assaulted her at a party, and others who were there came to her rescue when she started screaming for help. SO there will be someone to validate she screamed for help and they came running. He was drunk out of his mind. This new liar will have a group of friends paid to tell the public they were told about it, and her a husband will talk about being told.. She’s only coming forward now, because she though Ford’s story would stop this “terrible” man from being on the SCOTUS, but it looks like they are going to confirm him.. She talked to her family and friends and decided to come forward and make sure he isn’t appointed

Yes. The future female nominees are not safe, either. I’ve been telling my beloved from the start if females think they’re safe, their not. It’s just as likely for a female to accuse another female of rape or sexual molestation as it is for a male to accuse a female of rape (yes!) or molestation.

If they could have stage-managed Ford like DiFi started out doing, that might have worked, but the two nutjob women and their wild stories, the Hillary-pal dyke lawyer and her crazy demands, and last minute “help” from Michael Allred-Avenati turned it into a sh!tshow.
Great if he’s confirmed. But it’s sort of a Pyrrhic victory. And it can’t erase the injustice that has been perpetrated on this man and his family.
After Kavanaugh is seated on the court there must be a serious and thorough (criminal) investigation into how the DemonRats colluded with the lying accusers in this disgraceful spectacle.
Senate rules need to change to reduce this garbage as much as possible.
If/when Trump names Ginsberg and/or Breyer’s replacement(s) this will repeat and could/will get worse, because it will be a tectonic shift for the court and country. Liberals will go full civil war.
The media is going to have all weekend to spin this. 60 minutes, CNN, MSNBC, every Sunday show. They’ll be finding women focus groups who support her. They’ll scramble for interviews of the other 2 or 3 women. They may even find another woman. I half expect ads running against him in certain states targeting specific senators.
The same people who claim the FBI sold out Hillary are now begging for an FBI investigation with the aim of running out the clock.
The only way this ends is in the voting booth November. Win or lose on Kavanaugh the dems are going to have massive turnout and we must match them.

Not buying this just yet. When each of those Senators makes. Statement of support then I will believe it. I wish it to be true, but cautiously optimistic.
