Julie Swetnick, the third woman to accuse Brett Kavanaugh of sexual misconduct, was accused of domestic violence by a former boyfriend in 2001, according to Florida court records.
Swetnick’s former boyfriend, Richard Vinneccy, told Politico they dated for four years before breaking up, at which point Swetnick threatened violence against him and his family. The restraining order, filed in Miami-Dade, Fla. on March 1, 2001, was dismissed thirteen days later.
“Right after I broke up with her, she was threatening my family, threatening my wife and threatening to do harm to my baby at that time,” Vinneccy said. “I know a lot about her.”
“She’s not credible at all,” he said, referencing Swetnick’s Wednesday allegation that Kavanaugh was“present” when she was gang raped in high school. “Not at all.”
Swetnick’s attorney, Michael Avenatti, said he had not heard of the domestic violence allegations.

The Politico article has a clearer statement from him in which he states that she harassed him even after he moved on and married someone else.
Apparently she attended some hoity-toity DC affair and in some silly social game her act of receiving that small paper she’s holding paired her up for some event with the kilted guy in the background.

The Politico article on this clarifies that he married AFTER his relationship with this nut. The nut continued to harass him even after he moved on and married someone else.

According to WaPo, her 95-year-old father Martin Swetnick only hears from her on his birthday, when she sends him an email. They haven't spoken for ten years.
This article is not as clear as the Politico version. In the Politico, he states that he married AFTER breaking up with this woman.

The Politico version of this story clarifies that he was not married at the time that he dated Swetnick. After they broke up he met and married someone else, and Swetnick continued to make his life miserable.
