Notice Trump said the attacks were a disgrace. I don’t know how many conservative commentators who come straight out and opine that these attacks tarnish Kavanaugh. No, they don’t because they can not be proven and are lies to boot.
There will be no freakin’ asterisk by his name when he sits on the Supreme Court, other than he weathered a vicious attacks by the entire trashy democrat party and their MSM henchmen, and that can be applied to the victory column.
There’s ‘enemies’ and then there’s coup conspirators.
My guess is that this is a mexican standoff. You take out rod or release the fisa docs and mueller will issue the impeachment report to congress before the elections.

The democrats have filled the vacuum since the Soviet Union collapsed. I think they are a bigger menace then USSR ever was.
Keep your friends close, and your enemies closer. Perhaps that’s all Trump is doing. RR knows now that Trump knows what he tried to pull. I suspect RR won’t be around much longer. Trump, as is his wont, will allow him to exit gracefully, likely not long after the midterms. If that’s the case, there is some strategic reasoning behind Trump’s decision, IMHO
