In many jurisdictions a declaration, filed under penalty of perjury with a governmental body, has the same effect as a sworn affidavit.
Definitely no coincidence that this happened right after the Cosby ruling. Completely aligned.

Why did she continue going to the parties and certainly at least one of these girls must have told their parents or filed charges.

Just look at every one of these allegations. None of them has any specific information that can even be investigated, let alone proven or debunked.

Meanwhile, I have a niece that IS half black, has a fro, fairly big lips and wide nose. She graduated in the mid 80s in a fairly nice Northern town and she hung with all the rich white kids during HS. She was very sociable is all.

Buzzy Ford had a 10:00 AM deadline today to file a sworn statement for her Senate testimony tomorrow. I'm going to go out on a limb right now and suggest that Avenatti released this statement this morning because Ford probably missed her deadline and therefore won't be testifying tomorrow.
