Why are almost all of the Republicans missing in action?

Republicans have lost control of the situation by pandering to the demands of the crazy woman. They lost control because they didn't stand with Roy Moore after THEIR voters chose the candidate they didn't want. They lost control by not defending President Trump when that illegal tape of guys involved in silly locker room talk created "outrage". They lost control because of the number of hypocrites who've campaigned on family values and it turned out they were creeps. They lost control when they didn't vote as soon as the Kavanaugh hearings were over, considering the outrageous display his opponents put on for the hearings.

They lose control and we lose the nation for good if they don't vote on Thursday. Oh, wait, didn't they already delay that? And then these other women come up, right after the delay. Play out their hand? What hand? They're let the maniacs amputate their hands, so to speak!

It use to be that if someone was a Republican, I would ask if he was a conservative or a moderate, Now at ask if he is a fraud or a weakling. They have no commitment to the principles that they pretend to hold.

Regardless of what happens to this country, let’s not forget we have a sovereign God... His will shall be fulfilled.

If they can’t confirm Kavanaugh then every person who said vote for the GOP because the Supreme Court matters is dead wrong.

Don’t forget they have done nothing of substance to stop the Mueller witch hunt either. What does that tell you?

At this point in time, I will reserve judgment on the Republican response. Anyone who dares question ‘the poor put upon woman’ in this scenario will be immediately attacked by the left, so in some ways it's best to just not comment unnecessarily - but work for the confirmation of Judge Kavanaugh. Don't play into their hands.

If I were advising the Republicans, I would tell them to tie this smear campaign as strongly as possible to every falsely accused male, including minority males - who seem to often be targeted by this - (e.g. Clarence Thomas, Brian Banks - who served 5 years in prison and lost his football career because of a false accusation that the accuser later admitted didn't happen).

Women have a right to be heard, but men have a right to the presumption of innocence unless and until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.

they’re waiting the results of their investigation into what all the F’s stood for in Kavanaugh’s yearbook.

See here for explanation:

“Don’t forget they have done nothing of substance to stop the Mueller witch hunt either. What does that tell you?”

Clearly there are many Republicans who wish that one of their fellow moronic career politicians were in the White House.

The only hope for saving the Republic our founders established is to enact strict term limits. There should be no career politicians. Make public office about public service again.

Also, those who work in Federal agencies should be precluded from political advocacy - including making any political campaign contributions. They all have a huge conflict of interest. If they are privileged to have a taxpayer-funded job, then they should defer to what the taxpaying public decide politically. What is happening now is obviously just the opposite. When the taxpaying public vote for someone the bureaucrats don’t like, the Federal bureaucracy tries to neutralize and nullify the taxpayers choice. The system can’t work like that, and safeguards need to be put in place.

“1. They hate us.
“2. They love themselves.”

3. They have sold their souls to the devil so he can destroy the best, and most Christian, country on earth, ever. And with all of the occult things these people are into, e.g., spirit cooking, I mean this literally.

This passed Dem v. GOP a long time ago, and changed to spiritual warfare.

Was Judge Roy Moore convicted of statutory rape?

Richard Shelby and Mitch McConnell seemed to think so.

Thanks for the reminder. In the waning days of the 2016 election Trump called for Congress term limits and the GOP (i.e. Lyin’ Ryan) all jumped in and backed him up. Another GOP promise broken.

GOP = shameless liars

The Republicans in the Senate are in a very delicate position and have to walk a VERY fine line. With the elections coming up shortly, they have to be careful not to make a misstep in handling the accusations against Kavanaugh.

They know full well that this accusation is nothing but a Rat fabricated story, but if it appears as though they are insensitive to Ford or if they handle her roughly, they could alienate women voters in Nov.

I think Grassley is handling it just right.

He has appeared to be very accommodating to Ford and has just let her story unravel without appearing to play a role in the unraveling.

Grassley has to let Ford destroy herself and frankly she is heading in that direction.

Be patient. The Democrats are running wild while the Republicans are acting according to strategy.

Feinstein looks dishonest in holding the letter for so long and then turning over only a redacted copy.

And Ford not wanting to fly to DC without realizing that her travel history would be examined (it looks like she recently spent time on the East Coast, did she drive or take the bus?).

All this against the backdrop of "I am Spartacus."

We all knew that, no matter who the nominee, the Democrats were going to pull out all stops.

And a high school accusation by Christine Blasey Ford is all the could come up with?

Think about it. A high school party accusation. With witnesses that don't even remember the party.

Relax, guys. Things are still very much tilting toward a Kavanaugh confirmation.

The TX state Senate seat that flipped is an extra; it was possible because Democrats failed to mobilize their liberal base. The Democrats just thought they had this seat in the bag and didn’t work very hard for it. But they are working hard for their “Beto”.

That AL Senate seat flip will be the death knell of the Kavanaugh nomination.

Has Ford already started her drive? Is she in a Ford or what kind of vehicle?

Because if one does, the mob will turn on him/her. The mob can destroy and the demo_rats use it freely to gain power over us.

it’s only your guess Barrett can be confirmed in a matter of weeks. It’s likely the Dems would find stall tactics of problems to create about her delaying any possible confirmation of her too.

That’s our problem: the 62 million “militia” will not be coming out to the polls on Nov. 6. Some are too uninformed, others are too intimidated.
