“Don’t forget they have done nothing of substance to stop the Mueller witch hunt either. What does that tell you?”

Clearly there are many Republicans who wish that one of their fellow moronic career politicians were in the White House.

The only hope for saving the Republic our founders established is to enact strict term limits. There should be no career politicians. Make public office about public service again.

Also, those who work in Federal agencies should be precluded from political advocacy - including making any political campaign contributions. They all have a huge conflict of interest. If they are privileged to have a taxpayer-funded job, then they should defer to what the taxpaying public decide politically. What is happening now is obviously just the opposite. When the taxpaying public vote for someone the bureaucrats don’t like, the Federal bureaucracy tries to neutralize and nullify the taxpayers choice. The system can’t work like that, and safeguards need to be put in place.

Thanks for the reminder. In the waning days of the 2016 election Trump called for Congress term limits and the GOP (i.e. Lyin’ Ryan) all jumped in and backed him up. Another GOP promise broken.

GOP = shameless liars

That AL Senate seat flip will be the death knell of the Kavanaugh nomination.
