Sen. Chuck Grassley, the chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, late Sunday slammed Senate Democrats for withholding information from the committee regarding new sexual misconduct allegations against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh.
The Iowa Republican said the committee will attempt to evaluate the new claims, but said in a statement “it appears that they [Democrats] are more interested in a political takedown" than “pursing allegations through a bipartisan and professional investigative process.”
His office released the statement after two new allegations emerged against Kavanaugh.

What Grassley said: The Committee will attempt to evaluate the new claims.
What Grassley should have said: Disputed memories of teenage drinking parties of 35 or more years ago are not sufficiently reliable to be the basis of serious hearings of the United States Senate Judiciary Committee.
If accusers wish, they can send affidavits of their claims to the Committee and they will be placed in the file.
But the hearings have been concluded and it is time to vote.
Is he really that naive? Surly he is not the only person on this planet who does not understand that this really has nothing to do with anything but delaying the vote until after the midterms.
These guys are beyond stupid.

Really? The FBI must, if it has any integrity and competence, investigate who is threatening the Kavanaugh children, who is funding them and begin to unravel the conspiracy. Suspect the person funding the criminals threatening the children is also funding the women with the “unclear” memories, their attorneys and is the same person who is trying to bribe Senator Susan Collins.

The “attempt to evaluate the new claims” is a red flag here. He’s saying up front that the claims aren’t even solid enough to investigate.
It is Flake and the other two RINO females who are responsible for this, they have held the committee hostage siding with the Democrats.
