Who lived in this house? Chris Garrett, a Georgetown Prep classmate, friend, and football teammate of Brett Kavanaughs
.Ed Whelan went on to say, If youre at a gathering of four others in someones home, youd ordinarily think that the four others include the host who lives in the home. And that host would be the person least likely to act like a guest and most likely to use private areas of the house.
If the gathering was at Garretts house and Garrett was there, then one of the four others wasnt there. Whelan continued.
Ed Whelan concluded his tweetstorm saying, To be clear, I have no idea what, if anything, did or did not happen in that bedroom at the top of the stairs, and I therefore do not state, imply or insinuate that Garrett or anyone else committed the sexual assault that Ford alleges. Further, if Ford is now mistakenly remembering Garrett to be Kavanaugh, I offer no view whether that mistaken remembrance dates from the gathering or developed at some point in the intervening years.
Feinstein is refusing to give Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley the unredacted letter Christine Ford sent Senate Democrats in July further fueling suspicions there is exculpatory evidence in the letter.

Ford dismissed this theory today to the Washington post.
I agree. I’ve watched Whelan for years. He’s a straight shooter and I don’t doubt there’s more coming...
I agree. This is not helpful in the least. We were rolling with "she made the whole thing up" until this crap came out.

Okay, folks tell me the mortgage story is false. Fair enough.
What Ford says is rather violent really which Rev. Austin Miles said, there’s something about not saying anything about sexual assault for decades, I’m sure it has happened but this allegedly was violent. You may well say something about that.
so it was funny when Senator Al Franken was seen groping a sleeping adult’s t!ts?
I thought it was a play.Don’t post to me again.

DiFi is hiding something in that letter. What is it?
does Whelan know Garrett?
After thinking about it.....that is a very good question.
If they did not know each other, how did Whelan get his name, the house address so as to look up the pictures and floor plan?
Somebody gave him the info and that somebody might know more.
Might have been Kavanaugh or Garrett, but it could have been someone else.
This is a hot topic so I suspect we might know that much by tomorrow night.
Heres an idea: ALL this would be avoided if we went back to morality, which includes keeping all clothes on, not getting sexual.
Instead, we get arguments about nuances of sexual play and what they mean. Splitting hairs. When one is moral, there is ZERO question about whether anything was wrong...because extramarital sex of all kinds is wrong, period.
Geez louis this is looking really bad, with her coming out saying she knew Garrett well enough to have visited him in the hospital. If he corroborates that, it will give her this huge boost in credibility, and make Kavanaugh look awful for his association with Whelan.
If a wild theory and some photos is all Whelan had - this could possibly be a huge unforced error that could really hurt Kavanuagh.
WOW! I hadn’t heard that. I hope Republicans bring this up during her testimony if there is a shred of evidence for it. We have to stop playing the punching bag all the time and punch back.
So when the raise eyebrow brigade jumps down your throat for presenting rumors about her, point out that all that happened to her is $200,000 and counting in GoFundMe money.
And she injected herself into the national spotlight.
But all that happened to Judge Kavanaugh is that he spent his entire life and career reaching the pinnacle of his profession, only for some (adjudged by her own students) head case with a 'tude to destroy his life and career with a half-remembered vague tale which keeps changing.
You know, like the "Dear Colleague" letter kangaroo courts on University Campuses which the Omoeba Adminfestation tried to create.
Good one, timestax!
YES!
I see. But there is always the she says she was drunk, and I was so drunk that I dont remember what happened myself. We just dont know - and what difference, at this point, does it make?Reflects no credit on anyone, to be sure - but there it is. The state of Maryland can attempt a prosecution - and attempt to get an all-female jury . . .
But then, what is the motive to prosecute the case against Garrett - that is to say, to prove that Kavenaugh was innocent?
No, I think Garrett is safe.
That Maryland prosecutors would bother is highly unlikely. But Maryland is a fascist one-party state, and if someone in the ruling politburo thought it would accrue to the party’s benefit, it would happen.
I’m sure if Mr. Garrett offers no trouble to the Maryland Democrat mafia, they won’t bother with him. And he seems to have kept his mouth closed in this situation, so he’ll likely go unmolested. But if he were to begin to say things that offered support for Judge Kavanaugh, they might not hesitate to make trouble for him.
That’s a great meme. Of course, since the media never actually bothered to say anything about her driver most folks would have no idea what it was about.
