Who lived in this house? Chris Garrett, a Georgetown Prep classmate, friend, and football teammate of Brett Kavanaughs
.Ed Whelan went on to say, If youre at a gathering of four others in someones home, youd ordinarily think that the four others include the host who lives in the home. And that host would be the person least likely to act like a guest and most likely to use private areas of the house.
If the gathering was at Garretts house and Garrett was there, then one of the four others wasnt there. Whelan continued.
Ed Whelan concluded his tweetstorm saying, To be clear, I have no idea what, if anything, did or did not happen in that bedroom at the top of the stairs, and I therefore do not state, imply or insinuate that Garrett or anyone else committed the sexual assault that Ford alleges. Further, if Ford is now mistakenly remembering Garrett to be Kavanaugh, I offer no view whether that mistaken remembrance dates from the gathering or developed at some point in the intervening years.
Feinstein is refusing to give Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley the unredacted letter Christine Ford sent Senate Democrats in July further fueling suspicions there is exculpatory evidence in the letter.

Either Garrett or one of the other people that was there.
It’s on zillo.com anybody can get it.Just layouts of homes in the neigborhood.
Nope, his mother dismissed the foreclosure case at the request of the foreclosing lender because the loan was paid off prior to the foreclosure sale. If anything, that dismissal would have created positive feelings towards her even though it was simply an administrative act that she was obligated to do when the lender asked for it.
ah right, doesn’t necessarily have to be him.
Whelan is no Alex Jones - it will be interesting to see what comes next. Can’t imagine she shows up on Monday after this.
Thanks another lie floating around.I think I’ll go back to posting on ebay.Better chance at a win :)
I can’t see Whelan going public with Garrett’s name unless he had spoken to him. That’s a slander case waiting to happen if he hasn’t cleared it.
“I actually would have picked the woman on the short list first, for precisely what is going on now. Its harder to slime a woman.”
Yeah, tell that to Sarah Palin.

“These kids have ALL remained very close over the years AND yes they would be VERY CAREFUL about who they would go to in a situation like this!!!”
Wasn’t this before this the net? I’m not sure they stayed close.
one thing - from the map there’s no way she walked home. She’d have had to cross a freeway. So it’s likely someone drove her, unless she was 16 not 15 and had a learner’s permit and drove herself.
Why hasn’t Gillibrand - who is foolishly (she’s ignorant to the LAW) demanding an FBI investigation of Kav - NOT being investigated by FBI for her Weinstein connections?
Exactly. Before Kavanaugh needs to be investigated Feinstein needs to be. (As well as this Ford creature.)
Who knows? Maybe he does, now.
How does one PROVE a negative? Impossible and that is exactly where the RAT party has the sissy gutless GOP. This country will never recover.
Great observation!
My bad. I got the impression from his tweets that he did but now I realize I do not know.
We don’t even know Garratt’s profession so we have no idea whether they have ever met.
But that aside, Whelan knows very well the dangers of accusing someone falsely.
This scandal would be fertile ground for a huge slander/libel case.
They have remained very close MANY of them have come out on radio AND TV, some are also working in DC, some of the girls Kavanaugh dated in high school it has been a close knit group!!!
Just for fun, let’s assume this really happened and let’s assume charges were filed. How do we know that Kavanaugh wasn’t a juvenile at the time? If so, his identity wouldn’t have been reported.
Then if he was charged and received a punishment, what would that have been?
Would that have precluded anything he did afterward including going to college, law school etc?
I have an acquaintance who, while in high school, was driving while drunk and killed a woman. He went on to go to college and law school and is a practicing lawyer. He is an excellent person. Certainly he pays for his mistakes, on some level, every day of his life.
Does what Kavanaugh allegedly did really warrant ANY of this?
If we are going to hold people accountable for things they did in high school then we have a lot of work ahead of us.
Garrett is a middle school teacher in Georgia!!!! I am thinking he might be a coach!!!
It is probably best not to assume that a sexual assault took place. I would bet money that it was voluntary.
