In a letter addressed to Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley, which was obtained by New York, Christine Blasey Ford’s attorneys say she wants the FBI to conduct an investigation into her sexual assault claim against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh. Ford’s attorneys say her email was hacked, and she’s been the target of “vicious harassment and even death threats,” forcing her family to move out of their home.

Uh...The FBI does not investigate cases of teenagers groping. They don’t have enough agents. Besides the statute of limitations has run out after 36 years. Most sane people don’t dwell on such minute things from the past.

The Democrats have out done themselves in looking like idiots
this time. They should be laughed off the stage.

Claiming to be a ‘Sexual assault survivor’ because some drunk boy may or may not have jumped on top of her for a couple seconds at age 15 makes a mockery of sexual assault survivors.

there are whispers on twitter that the reason Difi didn’t bring this forward earlier is because she had sent an earlier letter saying that she’d do the same thing to Gorsuch ..don’t know anything further but that’s a great scenario, lol...

Some Dems have spoken up ( the voice blurbs were played on FNC tonight) and I bet that there are more, who are silently stewing.

Of course there will always be the insane ones who see this as a "good" thing"; however, they're the brain dead, insane ones who won't ever change.

And her lawyer claims she only has ‘SIX’ days to prepare. Uh sorry? She sent the letter to Feinstein in July, had a polygraph in August and hired a lawyer. What did she think was going to happen?

What Ford's lawyers are trying to do is make a ridiculous assertion that the FBI or some other law enforcement body should investigate a claim that doesn't even rise to the level of a formal allegation.

That sounds strange, but it's true. A letter to a U.S. Senator carries no weight -- even if it ends up getting published in the Washington Post. Ford will have to file a formal complaint of some kind -- probably in the form of a sworn affidavit -- before even a third-rate law enforcement agency would consider spending even two minutes in estimating it.

This is the LAST thing Ford's lawyers want her to do. She immediately puts herself in legal jeopardy if she lies at that point -- and the missing details in her allegation ready undermine her credibility.

Her lawyer’s letter says she is a “sexual assault survivor.” What a joke.

Besides, what, exactly, would she have to do to “prepare”? It sounds like they would put her in a mock deposition with some really tough interrogating attorneys. Plus coach her on her answers. Lastly, get all her lies straight.

If this were above board, no preparation would be necessary — just show up and tell the truth. Insufficient time to prepare suggests skullduggery is afoot.

In colleges and universities young women have been allowed to file secret complaints against young men who are denied their right to due process. This is the world she lives in.

When she does testify she will conveniently forget the name of anyone who was in the house on the day of the incident. The only name she will remember is Kavanaugh. This will be to shield her from any lawsuit resulting from her defamation of anyone other than kavanaugh.

The other person she did mention (not under oath) has said that he will not testify so he wants to stay out of this scene. If she brings him in, he may have a case.

Any threats she has received are undoubtedly false flags. If she isn’t lying about that too.

You know what really gets me? This Dr. Ford is a Phd in psychology who needed to go to a Psychiatrist to get the demons out of her head. Does the cartoon/musical ring a bell.....LOONEY TUNES?

".... she’s been the target of “vicious harassment and even death threats...."

In sports, they call this an unforced error.

No one forced this woman to make a spectacle of herself in front of the nation to advance her own democRAT street cred.

What she is experiencing, comes with the territory. You want to be the woman who tries to derail Kavanaugh's SC nomination? Guess what? Your life will be torn upside down and inside out by your enemies, as well as your friends.

Subjecting herself to this public scrutiny and hyper-partisan and contentious politics, is exactly what she asked for.

She's gotten herself into this situation all by her lonesome.

SPOT ON!

If this was in a book, movie, T.V. script...it would be turned down for the bad writing and insane plot!

Yeah, how about no.

> “Ford’s attorneys claimed, without evidence, that her email was hacked and her family been the target of harassment. As with her original allegations about Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, they failed to provide copies of any police reports or other material that would corroborate their account.”
