The former classmate of Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, who was said to have been in the room when Kavanaugh allegedly sexually assaulted a woman decades ago, has told senators he will not testify at next week's hearing.
Mark Judge wrote in a brief letter to Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.) and Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) that he "did not ask to be involved in this matter nor did anyone ask me to be involved."
"In fact, I have no memory of this alleged incident," he wrote.
Christine Blasey Ford has said that Judge was in the room at a high school party in the 1980s when Kavanaugh held her down on a bed and tried to remove her clothing. According to Ford, Judge pulled Kavanaugh off of her while he was attempting to take off her swimsuit.
Senate Democrats earlier Tuesday called on Judge to testify at the hearing scheduled for Monday.
Kavanaugh has NO obligation to say a word. The burden of proof is solely on this liar woman.
According to Ford, there were 4 boys and 3 girls, which sounds weird...the uneven number just doesn’t ring true and she doesn’t know who the house belonged to, how she got home, nor much of anything else.

My guess is Ford is being paid big bucks for her fraudulent accusation. Someone should look at her bank account...

I actually had to rescue one of the girls in my freshman coed dorm from something similar. I had to tell two of her “friends” to get out or I’d beat the crap out of them. I remember the incident, and the girls name quite well.
I think she has every intention to testify, or it would not have been choreographed the way it has been (secretly agree to testify, leak there is a letter but wants to remain anonymous, leak the name, and then say she’ll testify but not respond to the committee, and then finally, testify).
The way it is being parceled out just underlines the agenda - not to get anything in particular out in testimony, but with the goal of delay everything till after Nov 6. That is the ends, and the slow step-by-step is the means. The step-by-step also has the ‘Rat advantage of staying in the news cycles non-stop.
I am not unfamiliar with this phenomenon...

Simple question: Professor Ford, who were the other girls at the party? What were their names?
If she cannot name any of the other girls, so they can be asked to verify she and Kavanaugh and Judge were even there, she’s dead in the water without oars or sail.
Testing under oath means nothing, zero, to these people. They don't believe in God, so swearing an oath to Him is just a bunch of nonsense words to them.
As far as worrying about being prosecuted for perjury, when has that ever happened to a liberal who lies in front of Congress?
Being Devil’s advocate - can he be convicted of perjury if found to be lying?
His statement seems clear enough, end of story for him.
I would think that there are guys out there who could testify to this bimbo’s teenage proclivities in suburban DC back in the day.
