Democrats and protesters interrupted the the hearing for hours.
Dozens of liberal protesters were arrested and dragged screaming from the committee hearing.

I’ll bet it will be easy to track down. Senators on the committee probably have passes for Family/Friends etc... I’m guessing one or more of them gave them out.

Watched the video of that girl whose blouse had a big “NO” on the front. She was extolling the virtues of disrupting a duly elected President from doing his business. Essentially, anything having to do with Trump had to be blocked to stop Fascism.
I’ll admit it’s a very clever tactic to accuse others of doing what you are doing. Trump has done nothing to warrant the label of Fascist. This woman clearly has done some things that are very problematic.
The Left is as a unit, lying, labeling others for what they are doing, and obstructing the ordinary business of the nation.

Excellent point. I’ve attended committee meetings of the US House before - not as a Member or as staff but just as an observer. Most are typically like watching paint dry. The only people there are staffers, lobbyists and tourists. They’re usually not full.
But a committee meeting like this would be packed and mostly by the DC types who’ll find every possible way of finagling a seat way ahead of us knaves from flyover country.
unless things have changed since I was last at a committee meeting, there’s an odd smell as to how these protestors got in.
The Senate and House galleries are open to visitors whenever either legislative body is in session, however the galleries are not included as part of the U.S. Capitol tour. Passes are required to enter either gallery at any time. Visitors may obtain gallery passes from the offices of their Senators or Representative. International visitors with valid photo ID from their home country may inquire about gallery passes at the House and Senate Appointment Desks on the upper level of the Capitol Visitor Center.
When the House of Representatives is not in session, visitors with passes may visit the House gallery from 9 a.m. to 4:15 p.m., Monday through Friday. The House gallery is closed on holidays and is subject to unplanned, temporary closures when the House is out of session.
The Senate gallery is open during scheduled recesses of one week or more, and visitors are admitted to the gallery from 9 a.m. to 4:15 p.m., Monday through Friday. The Senate gallery is closed on weekends and holidays (unless the Senate is in session), and during any recess or adjournment of less than one week.
Once arrested, they should be cited and released on the street in Anacostia at about 3 am. Or, driven to the DC Jail in Lorton, VA and released there.

I have an idea. we should have a rule for the viewing area that if you are removed for protesting you receive a life time ban that can only be removed by going to court and getting a judge lift it.
Actually, I see this a good news. The Lefties have to Astroturf these demonstrations or else they would not happen. Also, follow the money to the source, then neutralize it.
Was watching on C-Span just a few minutes ago - it appears three’s a row of these loony ladies and as a couple stand up and start shouting they’re taken from the room and a couple more come in to take their place - about a ritual now - they start shouting, the people speaking on the floor stop, the police grab the offenders and usher them out without great resistance, and the replacements come in to take over - kindergarten time......

And if these kids think their pipe-dream would be better than the system they hope to replace, they’re sadly mistaken.
