I hope there are some consequences to this.
One of them should be that one of our guys is now free to leak stuff from the Bruce Ohr hearing.

That’s the problem. There are never any consequences. And it leads to even more egregious behavior.
Corey Booker is not qualified to be in Congress. He has no loyalty to the United States and no regard for its national security. Thus, he can make available for public view documents not meant for reading outside of a select group deemed responsible enough to be privy to such information. He is more loyal to his dummocrap/commie ideology than to national security. Throw his sorry nether cheeks in jail!
So is there really anything damaging, or is it all Left-wing kerfuffle crap BLM propaganda.
In other words, did Kavanaugh call anyone black a monkey or ape?
If not, so what, Senator Booger.
Take his clearance away immediately. He has shown that he can’t be trusted.

The email in which Kavanaugh appears to support profiling is dated Jan 2002, just three months after the 9-11 debacle.
I don’t think this will hold.
In fact, it is likely to backfire enormously and destroy Booker’s chances of ever being any more than he is now.

Probably right. Patrick Leahy released CLASSIFIED info and he is still there.
Booker violated Senate rules. Likely hoping they come after him and he can play race card. Use it to up his 2020 profile.
The docs are a big nothing. Post 9/11 racial profile questions for airports.
Racial set asides for government contracts.
He’s a lawyer for the government. He’s asked his opinion.
The Roe HILL story will make more political waves. Five judges can “unsettle” settled law but he can explain what he meant. Roe itself opened up future limitations based on fetus survival outside the womb. So it was never “settled law.”
If this is all the Dems have, it’s not much.
