Republican Congress members who questioned Bruce Ohr behind closed doors Tuesday learned the former top Justice Department official had regular contact in 2016 with Andrew Weissmann who is now Robert Muellers top deputy regarding the dubious, anti-Trump dossier of unverified claims that became a major premise for launching the special counsel investigation.

Isn’t this story at least a week old? Not sure it deserves breaking news treatment.
Sara Carter on Hannity tonight says the redacted 20 pages of the FISA will be released ‘in days’.. (Q says so too..)
I am sure this had been duly noted by the Trump legal team.
“Why has Trump agreed to give written answers to Muellers questions?”
According to Jay Sekulo who was on Hannity tonight that has not been agreed to. However talks are continuing.
This could work out; it shows Trump's willingness to cooperate with Spec Counsel, while permitting him to claim executive privilege on Presidential decisions. Mueller has no authority to force the issue... The result could be a demand that Mueller wrap up his costly investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election. If the SC does not comply, then after the midterm elections, POTUS fires him.
If the SC and the Dims scream then POTUS has the authority to force Mueller to reveal what he has, AND to reveal it himself if Mueller refuses to comply. Altogether different than Watergate - which might also have fallen apart if the GOP ever had the guts to fight.

“Why has Trump agreed to give written answers to Muellers questions?”
Maybe it’s because his lawyers have not been successful in talking him out of it? Trump might think he can swagger in and talk his way out of this. Not a good idea.
And it surely isnt stunning unless the reader has been living under a rock for the last year.

(in my dreams, at least!)
I don’t recall. I think that worked out fine for Hillary.
Are we surprised?
I see you've been active on the Q threads, which I haven't gotten into [memories of quidam...].
Good to see you're still in the fight.
Weissmann: often overturned, 0-9 before Supreme Court.
His value lies in areas other than following the law with rectitude.
I got a better question. Why isn’t Weisman in jail?
-PJ
Ah. Should always trust my OWN questioning, eh?
Weissman’s also highly dubious, so that makes sense.
See, even Michael Savage can be right some of the time. When he makes “baah, basaaaaaaaah” sheep impersonations of us Trump fans and says “I don’t need to do these shows, I don’t have to talk about what you, the audience wants to hear every night”, then I turn it off.
You know they used RICO against people trying to stop abortionists. Then they said its was natural to do. Now they’ll say spare Mueller. Hypocrites.
