Nike went full social justice warrior this week when they signed cop-hating, America-hating Kaepernick to be the face of its newest campaign.
On Monday, Nike revealed they selected former San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick to be the Nike didnt learn its lesson after seeing NFL ratings plummet because of Kaepernicks National Anthem boycott.
Stadiums often have rows and rows of empty seats because Americans are fed up with the politicization of football.face of its 30th anniversary of its Just Do It campaign.

I like it. Wow. Tone deaf and color blind.
I wonder if the stockholders are willing to sacrifice everything?
>>I hope whoever made this decision is fired soon.<<
Guaranteed Phil Knight made the final decision to say, “F*** you, America!” (He says he’s retired, but is still calling the shots.)
[I like it. Wow. Tone deaf and color blind.]
Were these the same people who were marketing Jeb!....?
I think Nike just had their “gay J.C. Penney’s” moment.
They might tsk! tsk! about another 911, but behind the scenes they would be cheering just as loud as Sansour.
Piglets and hypocrites.
I don’t think I ever had any Nike shoes and definitely never will.
New Balance has been my shoe of choice.
Oh you know how Nike feels . . . money means nothing — the principle of the whole thing is what matters, bro!
All the Nike competitors should adopt a slogan and campaign like that one.
Everyone else should have a patriotic, pro America theme.
Make Nike look even worse.
LOL
Yes...
Nike—”Let’s use the showboating anti-American ahole that killed the NFL as the face of our new ‘just do it campaign’...That sounds like a good idea”
More corporate suicide on the alter of cultural marxist brainwashing.
Gotta be honest: Nike will have bad press but the rational part of me says that this is likely to be a short term thing, that in six months they will have recovered all the stock price and more. That would mean this is a buying opportunity. I don’t buy individual stocks so it’s not a conflict for me. But from a pure capitalistic perspective, this is probably a good time to buy some stock.
I guess they are gambling on all the unemployed SJW’s buying all their gear and attending all the NFL games.
Or perhaps since Ex- Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad
is backing Kaper-snack the gear will be grabbed up by terrorists....
............Great call Nike...
Nike’s business model isn’t based on guys buying $80 sneakers once a year. It is built on young guys in the inner city fighting to get hold of $300 sneakers, then a few month later repeating it. Their markets are the big cities. Don’t believe me? Go to their website and see how they picture America.
Or as you put it, “Nike doesnt care what white guys think.”
What o’ what will the University of Oregone do if uncle fill doesn’t have enough money to buy them some more football players and refs...
What has all this crap got to do with shoes? I guess you can’t advertise a product on its merits.
Many may be dumping it like James Woods did this morning, tweeting a copy of a message to his broker to sell his Nike stock and never buy anymore again.
Sure they will and I will be laughing.
It should be noted that the incident of the Red Hen in Lexington VA has caused a dramatic decrease in tourism to the point the city's Tourism Board is desperate to fund an ad campaign in order to entice people back to the city.
As expected, all the libtards who supported the chicken coop have no eggs in the basket and thus are not really concerned about the outcome. But hey, they used the internet to voice their concern.
All mouth but no cash.........LOL!
Only half right. They are tone deaf.
Nike produces more than shoes. Their products encompass virtually every item used in the sports industry...........From shirts, underwear, outerwear, from lacrosse to ball gloves............everything.
