(Greg) Jarrett said the FISA judge should call in DOJ and FBI operatives behind the FISA warrants to spy on the Trump campaign and the Trump administration and press criminal charges.
President Trump agreed.

My recollection is that he was recused, not that he recused himself. But i don’t know. More mystery.

How could you select a jury, when everyone in the country either voted for her or against her?
If they voted against at her there’s a good chance they publicly called her crooked Hillary and could be disqualified for that alone. Everyone else involved in her case would have the same issue - the lawyers, the police, the judge.
And even if Trump did manage to lock her up, she’d instantly replace Gandhi as the biggest martyr in history. And she’d get pardoned the second a Democrat or RINO got elected POTUS.
Hell, the democrat would run on the issue of pardoning poor Hillary, and win in an epic landslide.
I’m telling you - locking her up would be the biggest political faux pas in the history of the world.

It won’t be that she’s “getting a pass”, it will be declared a mistrial (or whatever it’s called when the trial never happens) because all involved are predisposed to a certain outcome.
I would love to be wrong about this, but do you seriously think Hillary Clinton, Barrack Obama (or Donald Trump, for that matter) are going to jail? Maybe some lower level scapegoats, but certainly not Ex Presidents, ex or candidates.
Politicians of that notoriety will not be jailed - some other form of punishment will be necessary - public shaming or reprimand - like Nixon or Clinton.

Not smart. Publicly calling for the judges to do this makes it almost impossible for the judges to do it, while still claiming impartiality. We do NOT want judge to start getting into the habit of obeying public demands.
It needs to be investigated from Hillary on to Obama I din’t care about the judges I don’t trust FISA system anyway

Our Justice Department is ran just like the Mafia was back in the 1920's... All these people are tied together, just like a gang of hoods... Blackmail and bribery is the order of the day...
I just seen a video that indicated that Rosenstein wife, a lawyer, worked for Hillary and the Clinton foundation, and many other democratic "organizations".. What a rat's nest..! It's always the same people, over and over again....
