(Greg) Jarrett said the FISA judge should call in DOJ and FBI operatives behind the FISA warrants to spy on the Trump campaign and the Trump administration and press criminal charges.
President Trump agreed.
President Trump: “Ohr told the FBI it (the Fake Dossier) wasn’t true, it was a lie and the FBI was determined to use it anyway to damage Trump and to perpetrate a fraud on the court to spy on the Trump campaign. This is a fraud on the court. The Chief Justice of the U.S. Supreme Court is in charge of the FISA court. He should direct the Presiding Judge, Rosemary Collier, to hold a hearing, haul all of these people from the DOJ & FBI in there, & if she finds there were crimes committed, and there were, there should be a criminal referral by her….” @GreggJarrett

The judge in this FISA case....is a Bush-appointee, so she’s a uni-party player. If she doesn’t react, then a special prosecutor ought to come in and start asking some broad questions that include her conduct as well.
I think all of this is gearing up to an executive order to appoint one and possibly two additional special prosecutors. Sessions has serious problems in the next month to attend to.

Yep. The whole thing is completely unconstitutional.
My take is that I would be ready to sacrifice Trump to Mueller if it meant the complete undoing of all this fundamental unconstitutionality. Trump getting out of dodge would not solve the problem long term
My opinion is that once Labor Day weekend is over President Trump is off to the races. The hammer will start to fall. He is tired of these career politicians doing nothing.
The MCCain political rally yesterday exposed plenty of targets for him and showcased how deep the swamp is.
