A grand jury in Texas returned a felony indictment against a man accused of grabbing a MAGA hat from a teens head at a San Antonio Whataburger in July.
Police arrested 30-year-old Kino Jimenez in July after he allegedly assaulted a teenage boy in a San Antonio Whataburger. The man was seen in a video that went viral, accosting a group of teens because one of them wore a hat showing support for President Donald Trump, Breitbart Texas reported. As the video begins, Jimenez allegedly says,
supporting the president.

BTW, I hope to be visiting Texas in the next few weeks or so, Lord willing.
I’m hoping for some Whataburger and yes, my first In-and-Out.
Sometimes I try to eat healthy, but.....
“...Man accused of grabbing MAGA cap, throwing drink in teens face indicted....”
And yet treasonous Hillary still walks the streets, as a known and proven criminal, without being even indicted.
Looks like someone had the perfect angle to kick him in the gibblies.
The felony charge is there to make a point.
He needs to apologize, buy the kid a new hat, pay a lot of lawyer fees and a fine, get lectured by the Judge, and plead to a misdemeanor.
I would rather he not have a felony conviction and be able to keep working to support himself rather than take two years off to learn to be a criminal in the company of real felons and spend any portion of the rest of his life on taxpayer supported welfare.
Road Crew might hold the Environment too.
+1
When something has been clearly filmed, I find the term “alleged” to be insulting. It is a legal term, that’s all. The law says to be punished he must be proven guilty in a court of law.
It should be something like “Texas man filmed assaulting teen”.
Reporting that he is seen committing an action on film is not a court of law, it is a statement of fact. Two very different concepts.
I have a hard time with this sort of judicial overreach.
What the man did was wrong, but not a felony wrong.
Bunch of snowflakes here.
No what he did was wrong, but not a felony.
the government uses jacked up charges on way too many people.
One can be a jackass.
But to end up carrying felony charges forever here is ridiculous.
Until it happens to you. My friend's son had an argument with his girlfriend, she shoved him and he then slapped her. She pressed charges and he went to prison for five years. He had the same argument, he didn't mean anything by it and she wasn't hurt. But he went to prison for that simple out of control hit. Learned his lesson the hard way.
He was not acting.
What he did was absolutely Criminal by any rational standard.
Your post is moronic.
They did not kick his ass because they were raised to be Pussies.
Screw that. I just learned a lesson here, and I am going to act on it quite soon.
My boy was a born warrior, my grandson, not so much.
I know the cure for that.
Woohoo!!!!
...the hard way.
Need to bring back stocks. That would work well for something like this.
Hillary should have been indicted long ago.

and this is equally wrong.
The government ruining a persons life, there are few jobs for felons, for an emotional outburst with no lasting consequences, and in this case, one that was provoked, is government terrorism.
