I had zero excitement in the McCain ticket. I, too, voted for Sarah, not John!

If it wasn't for Sarah Palin, I would have sat that election out.
To: Hillarys Gate Cult
If it wasnt for her, I would have stayed home that election. Yep. I found McCain as enjoyable as drying off with a wet, cold towel after a swim in a blizzard.

If it wasnt for her, I would have stayed home that election.I was convinced he was going to pick Lieberman as his running mate. There was NO WAY I was going to vote for that ticket.

#MeTooForSarah !!!
She came to our town to do a rally during the campaign & I went - great time, loved seeing her. She has been nothing but classy regarding McCain, despite the way he stabbed her in the back. We still love Sarah!

Like many others have said, I too voted for Palin, NOT McCain. He was a blemish on US proud naval history not to mention his antics as a senator. I saw him as the traitor he was. Good riddance!

The most positive thing I remember about the campaign was when McCain announced Sarah as his running mate. I couldn’t stand McCain and that was before he went completely nuts.
