President Donald Trump demanded to know why DOJ official Bruce Ohr has not yet been fired by Attorney General Jeff Sessions, in a Wednesday tweet.

Donald J. Trump ✔ @realDonaldTrump How the hell is Bruce Ohr still employed at the Justice Department? Disgraceful! Witch Hunt! 10:12 AM - Aug 29, 2018 74.4K 52K people are talking about this

Trump should do what some large corporations have done in the past. He should cooly and calmly set up a massive RIF (Reduction In Force), targeting the bad apples in the various agencies like the FBI, CIA, etc. (especially Obumbles people), as well as all the dead-head duds in his cabinet (like Sessions) and sub-cabinet level teams. Then, only where there is a genuine need, he should re-fill those positions with competent, honest, loyal, pro-Americans. (In doing that, he should ignore all advice from members of congress, as well as anyone in the deep-state swamp.)

“The draining of the swamp is a high priority but some may not see it going fast enough..”

The swamp draining will only happen when our unconstitutional stasi state is dismantled...Unions abolished and a lot of these high treason co-conspirators are brought to justice.

“That’s because Trump follows the law. He does not pick and choose unlike his predecessor. There are laws to protect career feds from firing,.”

I don’t think that there is any law on the books that would prevent Trump from firing senior administration officials for cause. I do think that due to Sessions actions and behavior, he has managed, at least temporarily, in keeping Trump at bay. I truly hope Trump has a plan and a timetable to rid himself of these criminals who nominally “work for him.” I wished that I could subscribe to the notion that Trump and Sessions are playing “rope a dope” with all of this senior $hit in the DOJ, FBI, and now it appears also in the DOS and DOD, and while I truly hope that I am wrong, I believe Sessions was a plant ( most likely by McConnell). If Trump does have a master plan to rid himself and the country of these people, I sure do hope he’s able to implement it sooner rather than later.

It’s not Trump’s job to fire Ohr. Trump is handling this correctly by pointing to the corruption.

[Because republican senators have made it clear that the DOJ is under their protection and any effort Trump makes to fix it will result in him probably getting impeached.]

Thank you. That and the mid-terms. This is a tightrope the President is walking.

He is the top of the administration. There is corruption, of course it is his job. You need a remedial lesson on management responsibility and Harry Truman

You're optimistic. This has gone on too long. A lot of people whom I know, intelligent on most other issues, have become dysfunctional in their hatred of anything Trump. And now you've got the false narrative of that FL campaign which is what the autumn will be....ginning up the masses with made up issues. Roy Moore's loss and Nikki Haley's pandering concerning the Confederate statues and McCain sabotaging ObamaCare repeal with no support from establishment pubs for our agenda are examples that it's gone too far, and has been that way for some time.

If there's going to be a surprise, it should be over the Labor Day weekend. (1) it's already getting too late and (2) take some steam out of the false narrative being embedded about McCain.

Trump-you are his higher level boss!!!!!!!!

I pretty sure he knows this but it should be the job of the direct report leader that does the firing.

It is Trump's job to FIRE Sessions and this has gone on way too long.

“Unbelievable, you’re the GD boss, fire him”

Trump is beginning to really piss me off about this $hit! He’s their boss! He needs to be one! If he does not act to fix this, he’s done eventually!////

Since when has Trump ever shown an inability to fire people? Do you just suppose there might be more going on? Just maybe. Crips

Both parties already conspired to violate the Constitution with the Kenyanesian Usurpation.

Yes. It is the only possible explanation why both parties refuse to expose the crimes. As Rush says: follow the money. The roots of it probably pre-date the Kenyan.

Syria did use chemical weapons. So did Al Sham.

Russia did not.

When you say "Syria did use chemical weapons" was it Assad, or was it rogue elements either in his military or among "our" rebels?

The situations in Syria and Libya disgust me. How could the gov not know that striving for regime change in those countries was going to have such horrible consequences? If not for the resilience of Egypt, that would've been as much of a disaster.
