Generic Congressional Ballot: Generic Congressional Ballot Is Dead Even
Rasmussen ^ | August 22, 2018 | Rasmussen

Posted on 08/22/2018 10:46:12 AM PDT by familyop

For the first time in months, Democrats and Republicans are tied on the Rasmussen Reports Generic Congressional Ballot.

The latest telephone and online survey finds that 44% of Likely U.S. Voters would choose the Democratic candidate if the elections for Congress were held today. Another 44% would now opt for the Republican. Three percent (3%) prefer some other candidate, and eight percent (8%) are undecided. (To see survey question wording, click here.)

A week ago, Democrats held a 48% to 41% lead on the generic ballot.

Her not being in jail is not a “dealbreaker”
for anyone with a brain.

His successes will easily outweigh any (understandable) dismay that she ain’t wearing orange.

Satan protects his own.

If Trump fails to put Clinton in jail, it will be a bigger political problem for him than the entire sum total of what the media and Democrats and the Deep State combined can conjure up.

That was the line that sealed his victory. I don’t think people grasp just how vital this particular promise was to his victory. It is the epitome of the deep, desperate desire of the American people to see a restoration of the Rule of Law.

Failing to do so will have large consequences.

Campaigning against the Executive and Congress is an old well-established tradition. It rarely fails.

Most of the elected are believed to have “sold out” after taking their seats. Here you have a guy who has not sold out because he is fighting the government still.

So the “Paranoid Style” continues to function.

>And yet she is not and no process appears to be underway that would send her there.

The process is very much underway. The problem is, how do you imprison Hillary with out making the mistakes of Benghazi (putting her on the stand, having her talk lawyer speak, and then her base declare “hah hah, nothing there?”

You have to start at the bottom of the pyramid and work up. You have to gather an elaborate amount of evidence that absolutely implicates her, and you have to do it so that she and others don’t notice it. After Bruce Ohr and others point fingers, I’m guessing that both Fusion GPS and Perkins Coie get investigated. After this, lower-level people in both Fusion GPS and Perkins will talk, some will die by drowning or in exercise equipment accidents, but the truth will come out.

Some think that Trump is doing nothing behind the scenes and Sessions is useless, but I happen to thing that things are proceeding as planned, and Manafort and Cohen are two plants by the DNC - Manafort by Oleg Deripaska, Cohen by DNC. When people higher up in the DNC start getting indicted and scream “political prisoner,” he’ll calmly point to those in his campaign that were put in prison and say, “You guys whining about that? Look what happened to my guys!” Then they either have to admit they were plants, or endure it and watch people get indicted.

My opinion.

IMO putting her in jail could backfire. The woman has some very serious health problems. I think she’s dying. Sending a sick, dying woman to prison is not going to play well in all corners of the fruited plain, no matter who she is.

Ordinarily I would accuse Hillary of fabricating these symptoms as a cynical ploy to stay out of jail. But they were evident during the campaign. No way she was acting back then.

Baloney, dealing with the present and future are what he will do and that will be appreciated. We don’t even know what Huber is investigating at any rate.

In a war you can’t win every battle. And this is war on an international scale.

Anyone fool enough to not vote for Trump over one promise doesn’t understand his historic role in saving this nation.

Hillary wants to grab pvssy too, she’s onboard with it.
But remember the context, it’s consensual which libs
should have no issues with:

“they let you do it. “

Oh please making our economy and military
Strong followed by building a wall and deporting illegals is more
important (as is packing the SCOTUS with
conservatives, repealing Odungacare etc)

I know it won’t be over until she’s over,
but there’s some fun to be had watching a sick convulsing harridan limp like Quasimodo in a cage like brace marginalized to the sidelines whining equivocatingly

The real irony is that if the Democrats worked with Trump they could have got some of what they wanted and that would have problem weakened his support among some of his base (Which could have driven him from office).

The difference is that the GOPe is looking for long-term chances to mingle and be coerced with all the same crooks as the Dems, so the do not want to drain the swamp or fix the issues, they want their share of the corruption!!

That was not the line that sealed his presidency. Hillary is not going to jail and is not even going to be touched in any way. No one wants to make her a martyr since that could be counterproductive.

Nobody polled me about that...

since that could be counterproductive

Seems like it would reaffirm the rule of law.

Dream on. Today, the airwaves are rife with talk of impeachment. We are at the point in history where good is evil and evil is good.

Perhaps it affirms the rule of law, but also affirms the emotional response from Dems, who I have discovered to be amazingly uninformed. The emails/server are serious enough, but what really riles me is the corruption of the Clinton Foundation and the uranium sale is jaw dropping corrupt. I expect nothing to happen. It only happens to Republicans.
