Still no evidence of Russia collusion by Trump campaign after 2 years of investigation by angry democrats on Mueller team..

Which is why we need to give Mueller more time, and more money.

“If you thought the Manafort Trial was a dog and pony show, just wait. You ain’t seennothing yet.”

Don’t understand why you say that. If Cohen copped a deal, he’s in nowhere near as much trouble as Manafort. Manafort sits shackled in a dank dungeon subsisting on only stale bread and water. OK, it’s not that bad, but it’s pretty bad. Plus CNN (consider the source) reported that Cohen is NOT cooperating.

There may be more to come. But I doubt it’s anything to worry about.

“OK... what do I have to say again in order to not go to jail for 10 years? Could you please remind me?”

Survival and self preservation are wired into the DNA of human beings. Most people ultimately default to act in their own self interest when their lifestyles are threatened. Few humans throw themselves on a grenade when there is another option. It would actually be contrary to human behavior for Cohen to meekly be sent to prison if there was a deal of any kind to be negotiated with his persecutors, particularly if he is guilty of actual crimes.

Our founders feared tyranny and tried to develop a government structure and system of laws that restricted government’s ability to oppress individual citizens or groups of citizens. Unfortunately the judicial system today is often tyrannical when focused on an individual. Few people have the financial resources to fight the government in a court system controlled by the government, particularly when the officials of the government are determined to persecute that individual. When government singles out an individual citizen for the full weight of prosecutorial power, few can afford to fight back, much less psychologically endure the years of limbo extended litigation with the government may impose before a sentence is rendered. As we have seen with Paul Manafort, a zealous prosecutor and compliant judge have the ability to take away ones liberties without the due process of law guaranteed by the prosecution.

The politicization of the judicial system in our era has resulted in the tyranny of unaccountable judges who literally determine the fates of individuals based on their own opinions. Sandy Berger steals and destroys records from the National Archives with no consequences. Paul Manafort is on trial for actions Tony Podesta was involved in at the same time, yet Podesta has no fear the government will pursue him. Michael Cohen is persecuted due to his relationship with Donald Trump. Meanwhile the Clinton Foundation is the greatest influence peddling pay-to-play scheme in US history yet no one associated with it is in any jeopardy.

Engraved above the entrance to the Supreme Court building are the words, “Equal Justice Under Law.” We the people should today attack the building and remove those words from it in the same way the students and agitators at the University of North Carolina tore down the Confederate statue yesterday. There is no equality under the law in the United States today. There is certainly no even hand of justice. If one is not a billionaire, or extremely well politically connected, the federal government can destroy a citizens life using the court system and the millions of statutes on the books which no single human being can know. We live under the tyranny of the omnipotent bureaucratic state politicized to drive a leftist world view.

Again, if it was anything collusion or Russia related, Mueller would not have passed it on to SDNY attorneys.

Yeah... Because he knows all about the Russian’s and the collusion... NOT! But he probably does know what color underwear Stormy wears on any particular given day.

The man is a joke and looking at serious jail time for tax evasion. Being rich is great, being rich and avoiding taxes is even better... Being rich and avoiding taxes via criminal activity is jail time.

Isn’t this pertaining to Cohen’s dealings with the taxi industry?

Nothing to do with President Trump, the 2016 campaign, so-called Russian “collusion,” etc. Not that these facts matter to the RATS or their pals in the media.

That’s what they have him dead to rights on. The rest of it they don’t need his cooperation, because they have every piece of paper in his office. Whatever has to do with Trump, that wasn’t privileged because it was business execution and not legal advice, Mueller already has.

I said “he has closer ties to Trump.”

And because that is true, Mueller and other prosecutors will go after these characters with all they got. And the only deal prosecutors will accept from characters like Cohen is one that implicates Trump.

And if Cohen fails to play ball - he is going to jail for a long time.

This is not a Mueller case right? This is in NY courts.

It's in federal court, but being handled by the local U.S. Attorney, not Mueller.

Yeah and spend much more investigating anyone who is on Trumps contacts list on his phone.

Good thing I am not on Trump’s contact list, because I may have rounded off $xx.50 for interest on saving account incorrectly. Could Mueller get me for tax fraud?

They all work for same DOJ. They have free access to evidence from each other.
