These are great videos to share. The second one is a new GOP ad dealing with the “unhinged” Left.

The proper term you are apparently striving for is not Civil War but Revolution.

Revolution - a forcible overthrow of a government or social order in favor of a new system. synonyms: rebellion, revolt, insurrection, mutiny, uprising, riot, rioting, insurgence, seizure of power, coup (d’état) “the French aristocracy was ill-prepared to quell a revolution”

I will posit the author one further. Had Hillary won, with a legitimate winning majority, she still wouldn't have had the moral or legal authority to enslave those of us who didn't vote for her, or to disobey the laws of the land. My fellow citizens do not legally or morally possess the right to vote me into slavery, and I have not and will never concede nor grant them that right.

For the millionth time, we really, really, literally dodged a bullet when we elected President Trump.

a course of action that was denied to them.

By force, not by black letter law. It's a moot point now, of course.

Exactly. The North called it a civil war because they won and therefore got to control the historical account. The South called it the War of Northern Aggression. The South had seceded and formed their own separate country. The North invaded that country, crushed it and occupied it. The North also got to say, because of their dominance, that it was all because of slavery. The truth is far more complex than that, just as today’s issues are far more complex than the mainstream media tries to depict them with their race bating.

What we have now really is a cold civil war. We are fighting for the soul of the country, still all in one piece.

To what end? The GOP has proven to be the eGOP, and Trump is allowing the democrats (Sessions, Mueller, et al.) to run roughshod all over the people, the constitution, the courts, the law, and himself. The criminals are getting away as he play Kabuki Theater and runs out the clock.

I disagree. Trump is converting the GOP into the Trump GOP. The progressives in the GOP or being weeded out. The Trump GOP are being emboldened to fight, as President Trump shows that the media cartel can be defeated.

Yes, we are in a fight, yes, we can lose. But if we hold the House in the midterms, make even small gains in the Senate, we continue on the Trump train to more deregulation, more discrediting of the media cartel, more prosperity, more energy production, and more political power.

The Democrats do not seem able to stop their slide to the left; there are not enough far leftists, even with the youth, to win many elections that way. But that depends on keeping enough of a media presence to get the Trump message out.

There is a path to make the Democrat party a minority party for decades. An Originalist Supreme Court can restore great swaths of the Republic. That depends on keeping enough of a media presence to get the Trump message out.

You are correct. Those that continue to spout the group think dogma are no longer correct in their criticism.

They too need to accept the reality of the presence of change

Donald Trump has changed the course of the Republican party and is MAGA

I think everything you said is true, but at the same time we’re watching criminals go free and not be prosecuted.

Sure was. People sure get mad when you insult their hero Lincoln. From my study of history, he was one of the worst, if not the worst president in the history of the country. His actions killed hundreds of thousands of men, not to mention other collateral damage.

“Blah Blah Blah on this thread about who wrote it, what’s a civil war, de dah de dah

There are two immense points and I don’t care if Sultan Knish or some Minzey guy said it:

“Who decides who runs the country?” — clearly the bureaucrats, and especially those in the police agencies, have revealed themselves as the new nobility, declaring that it’s THEIR country, elections be damned. Cuz they got the guns, and the little people only have pea shooters.

“Professional government is a guild. Like medieval guilds. You can’t serve in it if you’re not a member” — That’s it in a nutshell. These guys have re-built a Communist State within what was supposed to be a representative government of Free People. It’s clear that their abuse of power is massive and now they don’t care, they think they have a right to bring down an elected President on phony charges.

I said that on this forum back when the Special Counsel was cooked up. This is a coordinated hit by the Intel and Police agencies, and it’s illegal. They are playing the highest stakes game in history and they need to all go down - they are no different then John Wilkes Booth and his co-conspirators.”

I completely concur with every aspect of what you posted. I don’t give a damn who wrote this, and I don’t give a damn what labels are attached to different political activities. What we have is simply an ongoing attempt to overthrow our form of government by those people who have been entrusted with looking out for the interests of, and serving, the people of this nation. Those who are leading and willfully participating in this utterly illegal conspiracy to overthrow our government need to be put on trial and hanged.

To those who may be interested - a thought provoking piece of information ...
The time to prepare is during 'peace',
and there is always the possibility of an asymmetrical war involving class, race, religion, economics, fuel, food, etc., etc...

Post #11: Bryanw92 : 'War has been declared by one side, but the other won’t acknowledge....'
"Just like the war between Islam and Western Civilization."

"Civil War How do civil wars happen?

Two or more sides disagree on who runs the country.
And they can't settle the question through elections because they don't even agree that elections are how you decide who's in charge.
That's the basic issue here. Who decides who runs the country?
When you hate each other but accept the election results, you have a country.
When you stop accepting election results, you have a countdown to a civil war."..
"Have no doubt, we're in a civil war between a conservative volunteer government and a leftist Democrat professional government."

Good piece, but he kind of muddies it up with the last line. The last line should have been the killer line.

This is OK. It depends a bit on context, but either is acceptable.

I always thought that the term meant intranational, within the country’s borders.

In a traditional “state of war” it is between two nations. I guess if the south had won, it would have been a war. It’s one thing to declare yourself a nation. It’s quite another to defend that.

>>And they can’t settle the question through elections because they don’t even agree that elections are how you decide who’s in charge.

Soap box (The Left shouts that our speech is Hate and Fake)
Ballot box (The Left refuses to accept elections)
Jury box (The Left uses judicial activism to undermine legislative processes)
Ammo box (The Left employs AntiFa and BLM to commit violence)

We are IN the Civil War. You have just been fortunate enough to not be attacked yet.

Be prepared. They make bulletproof panels for backpacks and briefcases. Everyone should have that as a minimum. Sports helmets won’t stop a bullet, but they sure will keep a blunt object from cracking your skull. You don’t need 5.11, Proppers, Condor, etc. Your common-looking Swiss Gear backpack (with the Level IIIa panel) can carry a lot of weaponry, lethal and non-lethal, as well as gloves, mask, zip-ties, paracord, etc. Stuff a grey or blue hoodie in there too to make you hard to ID.

When you find yourself neck-deep in the shit, it is too late to gather your gear. Remember, we aren’t WAITING for a Civil War to start. We are only waiting to JOIN it.

"Again, you’ve got to have the first “civil war” before you can have the second one. Technically a civil war involves an attempt to take over the government. The South never attempted that. It attempted to act on the belief that their states were sovereign and had every right to form their own union or confederacy. At no time did they attempt to take over the existing government. Words are supposed to have meaning. The historians from the side that won the War Between the States termed Civil War because they don’t want people to remember or to know the truth. That it wasn’t a “civil war.””

I don't know where you get this definition? A civil war is a war between the people of the same nation. It does not really matter what the war is about. If the war is specifically to take over the government that would be a revolution.

We have had the first civil war and it mostly revolved around slavery. We may soon have a second.
