and one must wonder if Legislative Entrenchment is unconstitutional, how could Executive Entrenchment, which is what this "judge", is imposing be the opposite?

And does not the "D" in DACA stand for "deferred?" Well, the deferral is up. Congress can codify DACA through the normal legislative process and chooses not to do so, even though urged to address this by the President.

Sessions added that the judge had effectively "eviscerated" the legal authority of the executive branch and Congress, and strongly suggested the administration would appeal the ruling.

Jeff continues to disappoint. This response makes it sound like the Legislative and Executive branches are powerless against the Judiciary, which they are not.

If the ruling was improper, then ignore it.

I don’t see anything in the Constitution that says a court judge gets to dictate to the Executive branch how to exercises its Constitutionally delineated powers.

I believe the Obama DACA had an expiration date, because it was only temporary. It was set to expire in Oct. 2017, but Pres. Trump extended it for 6 months (to Mar. 2018) to give the Congress time to resolve the issue through legislation.

Congress sat on their collective hands and did nothing.

These Federal Judges that have been trying to play the role of Congress and the Executive need to be sanctioned and censured. That may require a strongly worded decision by SCOTUS in the near future that makes it clear that such ruling by Judges have no basis in law and shall not be enforced.
