The ability of one of 600 federal district judges to stop actions of the entire U.S. government has to stop.

So these guys are robbed of their First Amendment rights, and we are Second, just because somebody miss-understood his need to get leised?

So a paper onhow to build an atom bomb = legal.
A book on how to make a gun = illegal?

"The ability of one of 600 federal district judges to stop actions of the entire U.S. government has to stop. " The only reason they have the ability is because the government entity who has oversight (Congress) has done nothing. Like most judicial meddling, the judge has usurped a power his office does NOT have.

So when does this guy prohibit the publication of missile guidance textbooks? After all, if you can build a rocket, you can nook the Earth!
Far too dangerous, Comrade: the little people must not know.

I wish the role of the US Supreme Court was to seek out and remove judges who acted as political activists rather than enforcers of clearly written laws.
This guy should lose his position, and the case should be dismissed. How can you argue with both the First Amendment and the Second Amendment? This guy should be gone in less than 24 hours. But, alas, our system doesn’t allow that.

Honestly, People!
Do we realize how ridiculous this entire debate sounds?
Some guy in a black robe thinks he can pass a ruling to prevent documents that already on line from being downloaded.
Really?
It’s like ruling stopping people from exchanging phone numbers.
In a word: unenforceable.

The ability of one of 600 federal district judges to stop actions of the entire U.S. government has to stop. It will stop when we, or our elected representatives in the executive branch, make it stop.

You cant block what has probably been downloaded thousands of times already.
I wonder how many hard drives those files are already on.
Lets see the feds go and search hundreds of millions of computers for them.

Sorry "Judge." You're several weeks too late.
