A federal judge on Friday said the government must restart the entire DACA deportation amnesty, including accepting brand new applications — but gave the administration a chance to appeal before his ruling takes effect.
The ruling by Judge John D. Bates is a major blow to President Trump, and creates even more confusion about his immigration policy.
Judge Bates said Mr. Trump and his Homeland Security Department do have the power to revoke the Obama-era DACA program, but they cut too many corners in the way they tried to do it.

DACA was unconstitutional to begin with. Obama even said so.

Astonishing, coming from a judge.
At some point the Administration will need to tell one of these judges to bugger off.
DACA has no legal basis.
The Kenyanesian Usurper made it up out of thin air.
Bush League Republicans refused to sue to stop in 2012 when they could have killed it before it got started.
DACA isn’t something enacted by Congress, it’s a policy decision made by the Executive and therefore not something this judge has any authority over. Trump should ignore this and appeal based on the court trying to usurp the Constitutional role of the Executive branch.
What part of “illegal” does the judge not understand?

DACA is NOT the law of the land. It was illegally ‘enacted’ by executive order, not the congress. The congress rejected the idea when Obama proposed it, so he did it on is own. Totally unconstitutional.
Usurpation of the executive branch constitutional power. It should be ignored.
Then why does this Judge have a job. If he’s making such decisions he needs to be admonished or fired. Seems like we have a few too many politically motivated judges. How about they focus on the law and not political activism?

Well, I have to say it’s partially Trump’s fault for saying “Sir, Yes, Sir!” every time some leftist POS “Judge” pretends that he (or she, or it) runs the country instead of the President.
Sadly, he have more (albeit temporary in most cases) going up around this president than we do the southern borders next to Mexico.
This judge needs to be impeached, post haste.
