In any other era this would’ve been laughingly dismissed as a nuisance suit and the parents admonished to increase their corporal punishment by a factor of 4.
As others have pointed out, these kids haven’t figured out how to clean their rooms or how to cook a meal, but they’ve figured out how to “fix” the planet.
This should be thrown out of court immediately as a frivolous lawsuit.
