This weekend on WHAS Radio, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) said border wall funding would “probably” have to wait until after midterms.
Sunday President Donald Trump’s tweet threatening a government shutdown if a wall on the U.S.-Mexico border was not funded.
When asked if wall funding would have to wait until after the midterms, McConnell said, “Probably and that’s something we do have a disagreement on.”
When asked about a government shutdown McConnell said, “No, that’s not going to happen.”

Trump is prepping to shut the government down and make the Democrats the bogey man that did it because they want ICE dissolved, MS13 in your local community and open borders and illegals voting. How many times over the last decade or two have we citizens united for the ultimate letter campaigns against republican amnesty version number eleventy billion. We literally had to melt the switch boards down before the retracted their bill and waited a year or two to reintroduce it when they hope nobody was paying attention. The entire GOP is not on our side and will literally stop at nothing to thwart the will of the people on this issue. They think they have us by the balls because they believe “what are they going to do, vote in democrats?”..which is true because we all know what happens if democrats get back in, and that is exactly nothing good. This is why we need to make sure every one of these traitors gets primaried to oblivion. These traitors are worse than democrats
I think the concept of “Wall Bonds” is fantastic! Do we need a law passed or can Trump do it independently?? Offer a great interest rate and make the denominations small. That way all of us conservatives can take advantage of it and laugh at the dems who will refuse to buy them.

I think the past 18 months has been giving the GOP enough rope to hang themselves with the Republican base. Americans neededu to see the Republican Party betray them when they had ever every opportunity to fix the problem. Now that they’ve been exposed I think Trump can put his boot to their teeth.
He doesn't have 51 either, for most of what we want.
